Gift box purchase
I got this really fancy gift box for Christmas, eh, and I was so pumped to give it to my buddies. But geez, the delivery was a total mess! They said it would come before Christmas, but it didn't even get sent out until after. I phoned customer service a bunch of times, and every time they told me it would for sure be there by a specific date, but it never showed up. It felt like they were just leading me on to keep my cash. I was super let down and my friends didn't even get their gift on time. Just a brutal experience, eh!

Don't waste your time with that place, eh. I agreed to a subscription and they just kept sending me the same box again and again. When I tried to cancel, they kept on charging me. I had to do a chargeback to get my money back, and now they won't leave me alone. It's a total scam, eh.
