    I got this really fancy gift box for Christmas, eh, and I was so pumped to give it to my buddies. But geez, the delivery was a total mess! They said it would come before Christmas, but it didn't even get sent out until after. I phoned customer service a bunch of times, and every time they told me it would for sure be there by a specific date, but it never showed up. It felt like they were just leading me on to keep my cash. I was super let down and my friends didn't even get their gift on time. Just a brutal experience, eh!

    So I recently bought a gift card from iGourmet, but man, it was a rough ride. I placed my order, and then... crickets. No emails, no calls, nada. I had to hit up their customer service just to check on my order, and all I got was some vague request for more info that made no sense to me. Even after I gave them what they asked for, still no word from iGourmet. So frustrating! Finally, I just asked to cancel my order, and they did it right away. I don't know if they were being unfair or just totally clueless, but either way, I was let down big time and it was such a waste of my time.

    6 month cheese subscription

    I bought a 6-month cheese subscription in mid-December to give as a Christmas present. I was really let down by how the shipping was handled. I got an email saying my order was shipped on December 23rd, but FedEx showed that only a label was made on that day. The package wasn't even close to being on time for delivery on December 23rd. This kind of inefficiency doesn't look good for the shipping team and is not okay for a company like iGourmet. I was hoping for better service and delivery times from them.

    Christmas order for son in LA

    I ordered a Christmas gift for my son in LA on December 12th. It cost me over $200 for food boxes. But, the package didn't get shipped until late on December 23rd, so it didn't arrive in time for Christmas Eve. The company apologized for the delay and sent the perishable items again quickly and at no extra charge.

But, to our dismay, the delivery got all messed up and our package ended up in Indianapolis instead of Florida.     I ordered a bunch of baskets from iGourmet for Christmas, but I had a pretty bad experience. Even though I placed my order on December 3rd and paid in full, only one of the baskets showed up on time. I tried to contact customer service a few times to make sure everything was good, especially because I had a problem last year. They kept telling me everything was fine, but then I got an email on the 26th saying the rest of the baskets would be coming on the 27th or 28th with no explanation or apology. I was really disappointed and frustrated with how the company handled things.

    So, I ordered this cheese and charcuterie board from an online gourmet food store recently because I had a special occasion coming up. I was really looking forward to it, you know? But man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how it all went down. I made sure to place my order way ahead of time so they would have enough time to get it ready and ship it out on time. But when the supposed delivery date rolled around, no package in sight. I just assumed everything was going smoothly until I found out my order hadn't even been shipped yet. After a bunch of delays and me being fed false info, I ended up having to pay extra for next day delivery - which, surprise, surprise, didn't even arrive on time. It was a mess, man. Not only did it stress me out big time, but it also ruined the surprise I had planned for my event. I was expecting top-notch service, you know, fast and reliable. Instead, I got sloppiness and deceit in return. Needless to say, I won't be making the same mistake twice with those guys.

    I can't believe how bold this company is to mislabel their products like that! I thought I was getting real Emmentaler cheese and Jambon Sec, but what I got was a joke. I used to live in Switzerland for 4 years, so I know my cheeses and meats, and this is definitely not it. The mix-up between Baby Brie, Petit Brie, and Mini Brie was just silly, and their lack of knowledge about Jambon Sec was really disappointing.

    Just grabbed some cheese from this place, and wow, it was amazing! I've never had any issues with my orders, and when one cheese was out of stock, they hooked me up with an even fancier one for free. Their customer service is on point! Definitely give them a heads-up if you need your box on a certain day, I always do and they never disappoint. The packaging is great, with a styrofoam cooler in a cardboard box with ice packs to keep things fresh. I've told my buddies about this company, and they've had a great experience too.

    I splurged on 3 fancy British luggage cases that cost over $300 each to wow our top 3 bosses, but things didn't go according to plan. On November 23rd, only one of the cases was set to be delivered and the others were nowhere to be found. Customer service promised to send it super fast, but it came at the regular speed. One ended up in Utah, another arrived when we were closed for Thanksgiving, and the third never showed up at all. I tried calling and emailing customer service but got no response, which was really annoying and disappointing. Sadly, we won't be using this company again.

    Turkey dinner for two for Thanksgiving

    I recently bought a turkey dinner for two online for Thanksgiving, but it ended up being a huge letdown. I got it for my sick sister and her husband to enjoy the day before Thanksgiving, but two days before that, I got an email saying they couldn't deliver it and had to cancel my order. It left me in a tough spot because there wasn't enough time to get another meal. I'm really mad about it and won't be buying anything from them again.
