    I bought a productivity app from Virtue Map not long ago and I'm kinda torn about it. I mean, it's got some cool features, but there are definitely some things that bug me about it.     I was really happy with how much it cost, the quality of the car, how quickly I could pick it up, and how easy it was to return. The people at the counter might try to get you to pay extra for a better car or more services, but it's probably just to keep their prices low. In general, I had a good time renting from them and I'd tell other people to do it too.

I got all these emails saying my order was gonna be delayed, and then out of nowhere, one of the items got canceled without a heads up or anything. The website tracking had me thinking my stuff was already on its way, but when I hopped on online chat with customer service, turns out the carrier's tracking was messed up. They offered to refund my order and told me to call back for a free 2-day FED-EX shipping option. But honestly, I've kind of lost faith in the whole system here. I can't take the chance of my order showing up late, especially since I needed it in a hurry. So, I'm calling it quits on shopping with this service.

    High shipping and return costs

    Overcrowded check-in experience

    My experience at check-in was absolutely terrible. There were seven of us, including two little ones, and we had an extra bag weighing 6kg. The check-in people made us remove the extra bag, and it took a painful two hours to sort it out. I'm really upset about all this and I think I need to make a formal complaint. Can you please give me an email address to do that? The lack of efficiency and friendliness from the check-in staff was just terrible. And on top of that, they were constantly speaking in their home language, which made us feel left out and uneasy.

    I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store at first because of some bad reviews, especially since my order was going to a warehouse before being shipped to Europe. I was worried about not being able to return it if there was a problem. But I can confirm, it's not a scam - the store is legit. I took a chance and got a Sierra Designs backpack with free shipping. It did take a bit for it to get to UPS, but it was within the expected timeframe. The backpack made its way to me in Europe after going through the warehouse. It was the right model and size, no damage or issues. The packaging was basic but did the job, kept the backpack safe during shipping and saved on costs. I'm happy with my purchase and even got another backpack for my girlfriend.

    The new online return system is just terrible, eh? So, I bought some stuff online and had to return it in the store, but now they don't take online returns in-store anymore. I had to mail the items back to the warehouse. Can you believe that? And then, to top it off, I only got a refund for two items out of the three I sent back. When I called customer service, they told me they took off a $6.95 restocking fee from my refund, and it's non-refundable. The whole system is just a mess. It's even worse than the old one, if you can imagine. I'm worried this new system is gonna drive the company to bankruptcy soon. It's just crazy, eh?

    I recently made a couple of online purchases and let me tell you, the service was a total letdown. My first order was super late and ended up at the wrong address, which was a huge pain because I had to go to extra lengths to find it. Then, to top it off, my second order was delayed again, and the proof of delivery didn't even show that it was received. When I reached out to complain, the response was not helpful at all, and there was even a link that didn't work so I couldn't follow up.     I bought some pendant lighting for my kitchen from this store a few years ago, and it turned out to be a big mistake. Those pendants were just waiting to cause trouble.
