    Recent rewards program issue

    I've been a loyal customer for years, shopping both in-store and online. Recently, I ran into a frustrating problem with the rewards program. Suddenly, all my hard-earned points just vanished into thin air. I've tried contacting the support team several times, but all I get is the same promise to check it out. It's been more than three months now, and I haven't heard anything back or gotten any help. It's really disappointing to see a company fail to properly support their rewards program.

    So, I ordered some things online not too long ago and boy did I run into a bunch of problems. I got all these emails saying my order was gonna be delayed, and then out of nowhere, one of the items got canceled without a heads up or anything. The website tracking had me thinking my stuff was already on its way, but when I hopped on online chat with customer service, turns out the carrier's tracking was messed up. They offered to refund my order and told me to call back for a free 2-day FED-EX shipping option. But honestly, I've kind of lost faith in the whole system here. I can't take the chance of my order showing up late, especially since I needed it in a hurry. So, I'm calling it quits on shopping with this service.

    I went to this store to buy some nice clothes, but the service was terrible! It's way too difficult to cancel an order or get a refund. And guess what? They still haven't shipped my order, my stuff is just sitting in the back room. It feels like they don't value their customers at all. The folks in charge here are just rude!

    My recent experience ordering clothes online was so annoying. I used my credit card this time because Apple Pay messed up for me before. Even though I got the package quickly, I was so surprised to see that American Eagle charged my debit card without asking and even sent another package that I didn't want. I was really disappointed by their lack of communication and transparency. I tried to fix things by contacting customer service many times, but they just went quiet after getting all the info they needed. Their bad service and not taking responsibility makes me not want to shop there again.

    Oh man, it's been a total nightmare! I ordered something online three weeks back and it's still not here. Neither Canada Post nor the company know where my package is. They're telling me to wait two more weeks, but come on, really? Am I just supposed to hope it shows up out of nowhere? I've been a loyal customer, but all I've gotten in return is stress and letdowns. I feel like I've been ripped off.

    I've been seeing a lot of people talking about issues with orders and stuff not being up to snuff because of COVID-19. Personally, I snagged a couple pairs of shorts on sale, 50% off, which was awesome. I was pretty shocked when one pair got shipped out the next day and the other one just went out today. Seems like not everyone is dealing with delays like we thought. I haven't actually received the shorts yet, but I wanted to give my two cents on the situation.

    I just bought a bunch of stuff recently and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with all the updates I got about my order. It was made up of a few different items, and they ended up being delivered separately. I totally get it though, especially with everything going on with the pandemic. Getting those updates about where my order was at was super helpful, I like knowing when to expect my stuff. Overall, I was happy with how everything went down and I'll definitely think about ordering from them again.

    So I bought these black jeans from this store, eh, and let me tell you, it was not a good time. The shipping company lost my stuff not once, but twice, and they had the nerve to say it was delivered both times! I even called the shipping company to double-check, and yup, no sign of my package. So I tried talking to the store's customer service, but they weren't much help. They wouldn't give me a refund for the second lost order because I already got one for the first one. It was just all around frustrating and disappointing, eh. Safe to say, I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

    So basically, I ordered this really cool outfit back in January, but the delivery guy came when I wasn't home 'cause I was hanging out at my friend's place. I told them to send it to the post office instead, but never got an email telling me it was ready for pick up. So I called customer service and talked to this lady named Denise, who said she couldn't find my package and would "look into it" and let me know in 3-5 days. It's been almost 2 months now and I haven't heard a peep. No sign of my order, my cash, or even a refund. Denise is ghosting my emails. This whole situation is driving me nuts and I'm feeling pretty bummed out.

    Order mix-up, poor delivery process

    I recently bought something and got the wrong stuff. I talked to customer service and they said sorry, but couldn't fix it right away. They told me to send back the wrong stuff and wait for my money back, which was really annoying. The back-and-forth with customer service took forever because it was all done through email. I tried my best but all they gave me was free shipping on my next order as an apology. The customer service was slow and not very helpful, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

    Recent in-store shopping experience

    During my recent shopping trip, eh, I went to the store to check out some new stuff. When I walked in, I was kinda let down 'cause a bunch of the store staff didn't seem too interested in helpin' out. I passed by a few employees, but none of 'em said hi or offered to lend a hand. Finally, when I got to the fitting rooms, one staff member reluctantly helped me out, but it was clear that overall, the service wasn't great. My teenage buddies even noticed. It's a bummer to see the customer service at this place go downhill in the past few months. I think the management needs to step up and improve how they treat their customers. On the bright side, I do appreciate their efforts to show off different sizes and styles in their ads.

    The things I bought from this company, whether from Aerie or American Eagle, are top-notch quality, no doubt about that. But man, oh man, let me tell you about the headache I had with their shipping. They use their own delivery service called AirTerra, along with a bunch of other last-mile distributors. Twice now, my orders never showed up, and I had to beg for my money back. The first time this happened, I took a chance and reordered with a Two-Day shipping coupon they gave me. Lo and behold, it showed up on time through USPS. But the second time, no coupon, no reorder from me. If you're thinking about buying stuff from this company, I'd suggest going to a physical store or shelling out extra for that guaranteed two-day shipping to steer clear of the AirTerra mess.

I live far away from any actual stores in the countryside, so online shopping is my go-to. So far, this retailer has been super easy to deal with and trustworthy. Returns have been a breeze and they process refunds quickly. I love how simple and convenient it is to shop on their website, so I’m definitely sticking with them as a customer.

    Pants ordered, received wrong item

    Ordered some pants back in November, ended up getting the wrong item in the middle of January. Customer service has been absolutely awful - despite reaching out multiple times to various staff members, still no solution or refund. I'd recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to risk losing your hard-earned money.

    I recently bought something from this store and I gotta say, it wasn't great. The ad outside said buy 1 get 50% off, but turns out it was only for specific jeans. When I asked where those jeans were, the staff had no clue. That kind of misleading advertising is just not cool and it really soured my view of the place.     So I ordered this hoodie and jeans online and went to pick it up in-store. When I got there, they kept emailing me saying my order was ready, but I had already picked it up! When I tried to chat with the customer service folks online, "Elizabeth" just disconnected me before I could even give her my order number. Then "Tiana" straight up fibbed and said she answered my question when she really didn't. I finally got my order sorted out, but geez, the service was so rude and nobody even said sorry for hanging up on me!
