Faulty items (torn pocket on joggers, missing belt from jacket)
I gave customer service a call about the problems I had with my purchase - there was a rip in the pocket of the joggers and no belt with the jacket. Lindsay got back to me pretty quickly and had some good suggestions to fix things. They gave me a full refund for the joggers and half off for the jacket. They also helped me find a new belt to finish off the look. All in all, I'm happy with how everything was handled by customer service.

RV roadside insurance
I recently bought RV roadside insurance for my camper trip across the country. Unfortunately, when my camper had a flat tire on Highway 15 just north of Salt Lake City, the Good Sam service was a big disappointment. They gave me the name of a repair company and an estimated arrival time, but the company never showed up. I had to ask a Utah highway patrol officer for help changing the tire in the end. My brother had a similar experience with Good Sam, where they also didn't deliver the promised service not once but twice. When I reached out to their customer service about these issues, I got a poor response and only a partial refund of what I paid. Overall, I'm really let down with the roadside assistance from this company, and their customer service was not up to par.

For real, this company's customer service is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. I tried contacting them about a problem with my order through email, phone, and even online chat. But seriously, no luck. I was on hold forever, only to get disconnected when I finally got someone on the line. Come on, that's not cool. This company is just terrible, eh. Their stuff is all fake but they try to pass it off as legit and charge an arm and a leg for it, eh. My boyfriend got me a so-called Gucci item from them, turns out it was a total knockoff when we checked with Gucci, eh. And on top of that, when I used PayPal, they went and double-charged my other credit card without saying a word, eh. They're a total scam, folks - do yourselves a favor and steer clear of 'em, eh.
