The language learning program can be tough for beginners to wrap their heads around. It doesn't do a great job of explaining mistakes, and it skips over some important grammar stuff. Plus, it's pretty pricey, especially for students. The pronunciation teaching could use some work to be more pro and thorough.

Email spam issue
I honestly didn't remember signing up with this company, but they kept emailing me every day for a while. It got on my nerves and made me worry about my data security.
