I just bought a silk blouse and some tailored trousers from this brand, and I have to say, I am super happy with the quality and design. TA2 "Build" package
I got the TA2 "Build" package from this company, which comes with access to course videos and a full set of resistance bands. Unfortunately, after only using it for 4 weeks, the Medium band snapped and the Heavy band started to tear. I contacted customer support for help since the website talks about a "Lifetime Warranty" on the bands. In the beginning, I talked to "Chase" from customer support who previously helped me with an ordering mistake. However, after filling out a warranty form for international customers and sending pictures of the damaged bands, I never got a new set. Even though I sent numerous follow-up emails, I never received a response. It's disappointing to see a company ignore their customers after they make a purchase, especially when the product itself is good quality and the owner appears to be sincere. Sadly, it looks like the company's values are questionable and they don't take care of their customers.

The whole process of ordering was a total nightmare. The website was so frustrating to use, it was hard to find what I wanted and had to go through all sorts of hoops just to finally make my order. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, just gave me vague answers and left me feeling really annoyed. And the price for a basic jersey was ridiculous, especially since the quality wasn't even that great. On top of all that, the delivery took ages and I didn't get any updates on where my package was. It was just a huge letdown and definitely not worth all the trouble.

V2 pads from a retailer
I just bought some V2 pads from a well-known store. One of the pads I got doesn't hold air like it should. I tried to get it fixed under warranty, but they said I had to pay for shipping to send it back. I was annoyed with that, so I just took it back to the store. Dealing with this whole thing took a bunch of emails and ended up being a total waste of time.
