Oh man, let me tell you about the stress marks cream from Mutha - it's a total game-changer! I've tested out a whole bunch of products trying to fade those pesky stress marks, but none of them have come close to working as well as this one. It not only helped lighten the look of my stress marks, but it also left my skin feeling so nice and moisturized. Seriously, if you're dealing with stress marks like I was, you gotta give this stuff a shot. Highly recommend!

Time extend offers blacklisted
Even though I got some really good time extension offers, I was pretty bummed when I found out I was blacklisted when I tried to take advantage of them. At first, I was kinda suspicious and thought it might be a scam, but after going through a bunch of emails, it turned out to be true. I tried reaching out to their 'Live Support Chat widget' for help, but it seemed like it didn't even exist because I spent a long time looking for it. I've decided to just move on from this company once my contract is up in March 2025. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the product itself is decent.

Sorry, eh? My partner account got blocked outta nowhere and I've been tryna get it fixed up, but those customer service folks are a real pain, eh? They've been no help at all, just makin' me wait on the phone forever with nothing to show for it. Feels like they're avoidin' me on purpose. I've asked tons of times to have all my info and email account taken off their website, but I'm still stuck waitin'. I'm so fed up with this company, wouldn't suggest 'em to anyone, eh.

Duvet Cover and Comforter
I bought a duvet cover and comforter from this company recently, but I had a pretty bad experience. I ordered them a few days before Thanksgiving, only to realize there was a Black Friday deal going on all month. The duvet cover arrived before the comforter, which was weird to me. I didn't even open the duvet cover package because I was waiting for the comforter. They said the comforter would be sent a few days later, but there were shipping delays. They also mentioned they wouldn't bill me until after a 7-day trial period. Even after the trial ended, the comforter still hadn't been shipped. I decided to cancel my order because of all the delays, and I quickly got a refund for the comforter that hadn't been sent. It's been 13 days since they got the duvet cover back, but I still haven't gotten my full refund. They gave me a tracking number for the duvet cover, but the refund is taking longer than I expected.

Express delivery disappointment
I just shelled out some extra dough for express shipping, with them promising that I'd get my order within 1-2 business days. But, when day 3 rolled around and still no package, I had to give customer service a shout to see what's going on. They told me it won't even ship until the next day. Not exactly what I had in mind when I signed up for express delivery. Feeling majorly disappointed in the lack of efficiency and professionalism from this company. I was really counting on having my outfit in time for a big event, but now it's looking pretty unlikely thanks to this delay.
