There was also an option for free shipping on orders over $70, but I wanted it faster so I paid extra. The product itself was fine, but I was really bummed out and annoyed by the shipping.

    I bought this card that was super cute and well-made, eh, but honestly, dealing with the company was a bit of a letdown, you know? The delivery took forever, and the customer service wasn't too helpful and didn't really keep me in the loop. It seems like the service quality has gone downhill over time, 'cause I was expecting more based on what others had said before. When I tried to get info about my order, I kept getting different answers about where it was at, which was pretty annoying, you know what I mean? It's not cool to find out that the tracking info they gave me was wrong, especially since I paid extra for shipping. The lack of clear communication just made the whole thing way less fun, especially after seeing those sweet deals they were running that I didn't get.

    I ordered this super comfy sweater online and it got here really quick, like in just a few days. It's so soft and cozy, feels like I'm getting a big hug from a cloud whenever I put it on.     I recently bought some stuff on this website and there was a lot of cool stuff to choose from. But, I did have some trouble with returning something which was kinda annoying. The site gets products from different companies, so some things arrived quicker than others. But, the customer service was pretty good overall. UPS messed up and delivered a few packages to the wrong address, but the Zulily team quickly gave me a refund without any trouble.

    Recent jewelry purchase

    I bought two pieces of jewelry for Christmas presents but only got one in the mail. The tracking said both were sent, but my invoice shows I was only charged for the one I got. I've been trying to reach out to customer service by email and phone, but haven't heard back. It's been frustrating not getting any help or answers. Based on this, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

    Bought slippers, wanted to return

    Eh, like, I got these slippers a few weeks back and then I wanted to bring'em back, you know? I had the original receipt and all the price tags, but can you believe it? They wouldn't take'em back! I talked to the salesperson, then I asked for the manager, but still no go. I mean, come on, even the discount stores with the "m" name take returns for clearance stuff! But not this place, ugh. Really bummed me out, dude.

    I recently bought a sweatshirt and a TS Henley from this shop. The only problem I had was that it took longer than I thought for the delivery to arrive, and they didn't really let me know that their distribution centre was closed temporarily. It wasn't a huge deal though. But when I finally got the items, I was really impressed. The sweatshirt is exactly what I needed - super cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly Canadian winters. The TS Henley was a nice addition to my wardrobe too, stylish and comfy. I think both items are great quality and I'm really happy with my purchase.
