Bereavement star gift
I got a star for my grandma as a gift after she lost her husband. I thought naming a star after him would be a nice way to remember him and give her some comfort. But I messed up the name when I ordered it. I was so worried about my grandma getting a memorial with the wrong name. But the customer service team was so amazing and fixed the mistake right away. They told me the star would be sent with the right name and even sent me updated documents to confirm it. They were so quick and helpful, it really made me feel better about everything. I'm so thankful for their hard work and kindness when our family needed it most. Thanks for going the extra mile to make this a good experience.
Star Registry purchase
I recently bought some stuff from this company to remember my son who passed away, and I gotta say, their service was awesome. I got 4 copies of the star registry in his name, and they were just beautiful. The certificates were so well done, they'll be a lovely reminder of him for years to come. Plus, the customer service was amazing. They were really there for me every step of the way, which meant a lot especially during such a tough time. I was so happy with my first order that I decided to get two more copies for me and my husband, and we love how they turned out. I'm excited to look up at the night sky from my home in Arizona and find the star named after my son.

I was so excited about the star I bought! The way it was displayed looked really awesome, and the materials used were fantastic. The quality was really top-notch, but I think that the map of the night sky could have been bigger and focused more on my star. Plus, those crosshairs were getting in the way of seeing the star clearly, so they should probably get rid of those. And wouldn't it be neat if the star was a different color, like red?

I gotta say, I've used this company for my daughter's 30th Birthday and also as a Christmas present, and I was super happy with their service both times. Personalized star registration
I was pretty upset about how long it took to get my personalized star registration. When I saw a preview of how the message would look on the document, there was a mistake so I reached out to customer service. They said they fixed it and sent me a new preview, but when the final document arrived, it still had the same error. But, gotta give them credit for quickly responding to my email and sending me a whole new pack which I got in just 3 days.

Star coordinates pack
I really love stars and I thought it would be awesome to give someone their own star coordinates. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with the shipping because I wanted to give it to them in person, but the company can only ship based on the address given. They don't give the choice to ship right to the person receiving the gift, and that's pretty annoying. I really want to see their face when they open the gift, not just have it shipped to me. It's pretty disappointing that a big company like that doesn't offer this option.

I just bought a memorial star for three girls who sadly lost their mom. The website was so easy to use when making the star.
