Lingerie shopping at the store in Whyteleafe
My time at the store in Whyteleafe was amazing. The staff there knew a lot about the products and they were really caring and kind to my daughter, who has epilepsy. When she had a seizure in the shop, they were fast to help and make sure she was safe and comfortable. I was really moved by their understanding and support during such a tough moment. They also helped me find the right lingerie and made sure I was okay while looking after my daughter. Their exceptional service was even better than I expected, and I appreciate how kind and professional they were. I'll definitely keep coming back to this store for all my lingerie needs.

Lipstick and Mascara

Nova 2 upgrade

Failed weight loss attempt
I tried using this stuff for two weeks, but it's a no-go for me. The packets don't fit into my daily routine, especially since I usually just have coffee for breakfast. Also, trying to remember to take them with food is tough because every time I do, I end up running to the bathroom in a hurry. I need something that fits better into my life, without causing any surprises.
After the first week, I only lost half a pound and maybe noticed a slightly flatter stomach, but it's not enough to keep me going. This product just doesn't suit me, so I won't be buying more. Maybe it's just not worth the trouble for me.

The product is actually pretty good, but those sneaky import fees from FedEx really rubbed me the wrong way. They ship everything from Poland, which I wish they had made clearer. I was hit with a £62.95 charge right when my order was about to be delivered, and I was totally caught off guard. They buried this important info on the website and didn't make a big deal out of it for customers to notice. It made me feel like the company was being shady and trying to trick me.

Blouse purchase experience

I just bought a skin from this company, and it came in damaged. But their customer service team was on the ball and sent me a new one right away. The replacement arrived without any problems. The second skin I ordered got lost in the mail, but their customer service was great and gave me credit to pick out another one. The quality of the skin is good, but the case was a bit snug, and it ended up tearing the skin. Despite that, I'm happy with how quickly they fixed things for me.

Unacceptable refund experience
I had a pretty rough time dealing with this company recently. When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me my money back the way I paid, and instead insisted on giving me a gift card. I wasn't pleased with that at all because it's my cash we're talking about. Luckily, I used PayPal credit for the purchase, so I could bring up the issue with them. In the end, PayPal gave me a refund, but it was a real hassle all because the company wouldn't cooperate. The product took forever to arrive, and returning it was a real pain too. I've decided I won't be buying from them again.
