Weighted blanket purchase
So, I bought this weighted blanket from this company and man was I surprised to find out about all these sneaky extra charges that weren't mentioned when I ordered online. The blanket looked like it was from a UK company but turns out it was actually made in Poland and sent straight to me. The website only showed UK addresses and didn't say anything about more fees, but when it arrived, I got hit with a big charge for 'VAT & import duties'. Not cool, not cool at all, eh.
Misleading purchase
This company is such a mess. I didn't do my homework before ordering from them, and now I'm kicking myself. The website gave me the impression that it was from the UK, but turns out the products are from Poland. I waited forever for my order to even ship, and when I finally caught on and checked Trustpilot reviews, it was a disaster.
Blanket cover
I just got a new cover for my blanket from this company, and it was a total letdown. When I opened it up, I saw a big hole in the cover already. I emailed customer service, sent them pics of the damage, and asked for a refund or a new one. But they weren't helpful at all, saying it wasn't their fault and wouldn't give me my money back. I'm really happy with the weighted blanket I bought recently. The customer service was amazing, especially from a lady named Arlene. She really went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. I was really impressed with how much they cared about all the little details. The blanket itself is fantastic and has made a big difference in my sleep. I'm thinking about getting more things from this company. I definitely recommend them!
Poseidon Blue blankey
I recently got this blue Poseidon blanket from this company on a super cold night. I was so pumped for it to arrive, so I double-checked with customer service to make sure everything was right. Unfortunately, my instincts were bang on because when it arrived, the color wasn't what I asked for. It totally let me down and left me feeling bummed out. I tried talking to customer service about it, hoping they could fix it, but they barely helped and didn't seem interested in making things right.
