Accommodation mix-up
We booked an apartment in Nice online, but when we got there, they put us in a different place 1.1km away without even asking us first. We called customer service and it was no help at all. All they kept saying was that the owner is responsible, instead of trying to fix the problem. It looks like they're still letting people book a place that the owner says isn't even real.
