    Quality and Reliable VOIP provider

    I used Versature for a long time before trying a different provider, but they turned out to be not so reliable. Luckily, I switched back to Versature and they really came through with amazing service and reliability. Since net2phone took over, the quality and service have been fantastic. I definitely recommend this VOIP provider.

    As someone who depends on a consistent and reliable VOIP service for my business, I have been really let down by the provider. Over the past year, I've had multiple major outages, some lasting for days. This kind of unreliability is just not okay in today's fast-paced business world where communication is crucial. And it's frustrating that the support staff often try to blame issues on the customer's systems, which wastes a lot of time. It shouldn't be up to the customer to prove that their network is set up correctly according to the provider's recommendations. The provider needs to take responsibility for their own system and make sure it's working properly all the time.
    Overall, I've been dealing with an ongoing issue for weeks without any updates or solution in sight. The provider's lack of communication and urgency is not acceptable and shows a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, I wouldn't recommend this provider to any business looking for a reliable and efficient VOIP service.

    VoIP phone portability during emergencies

    Net2Phone, which used to be Versature, has been a total lifesaver for us! A few years back, our building had a fire that kicked us out for more than a week. Our patients couldn't get a hold of us because our regular phone lines were all back at the clinic. But Net2Phone saved the day by transferring our main number and loaning us Polycom VoIP phones. We could just plug them into any ethernet port, even at home. This way, we could keep in touch with all our patients, calm them down, and reschedule appointments right from the comfort of our own homes. And when COVID came around and many of us had to work from home, our VoIP phones were super easy to bring along and set up, taking away one less headache for us. Our whole experience with Net2Phone has been great, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and portable phone solutions.

    Downsized Bill Adjustment

    Kali was so great with us! She helped us out a ton by explaining our bill changes and making adjustments for us after we downsized. She also suggested we upgrade our old hardware, which turned out to be a super helpful idea for making our service better.
