    The store was okay, I suppose. They had a good variety of lingerie in different styles and sizes. But, I wasn't too impressed with the fabric quality - it felt cheap and not very strong. The fitting rooms were a bit messy, clothes all over the place and not organized well. The staff was nice when I asked for help, but nothing special. In the end, it was an okay experience, not great but not terrible either.

    The tool is really cool, it has this amazing algorithm that can do some pretty awesome edits. You can get super creative with it and really let your artistry shine. But man, the interface is a mess. Why aren't the features organized in a logical way? It's so frustrating trying to find the right option when they're all over the place. And don't even get me started on how slow the program is. Who has time to wait 15 to 20 minutes for an image to process? And the lack of proper documentation for the filters and styles is just annoying. It would be much better if they explained what each one does and how they're different. More guidance would definitely make the user experience smoother.

    So, like, I gotta say, ordering from this company has been a total letdown. Like, I placed my order and then nada, never got my package. According to UPS, my stuff got all messed up in transit and went back to where it came from. I've been trying to get my money back for two weeks now, but no luck. Ain't heard back from anyone, all my emails and messages just sitting there, and every time I call customer service it goes straight to voicemail. Just no response at all, you know?

    After 5 years of using this e-commerce shopping cart, I am finally saying goodbye. It's been a frustrating journey with no improvements in sight. Firstly, their platform is so outdated, and it's like they don't even care to update it. I mean, come on, it's 2021! And what's up with no blog capabilities and an app marketplace that is basically non-existent? It's like they don't want their customers to succeed. Don't even get me started on their new pricing structure - it makes absolutely no sense! And why does their SEO make categories end with numbers and annoying underscores? It's like they want to sabotage our SEO efforts! Also, ever since they moved to Google, website code and site speed have gone downhill fast. Customer service is nice and tries to help, but let's be real, they don't know anything! Will Volusion ever listen to their customers? Who knows, but I doubt it.
