Clear Aligners
I have 0 regrets about going with NewSmile. I was looking around for at-home aligners treatment that will allow me to get the smile I'll love and found out that NewSmile might be the best option after reviewing the reviews on Google. I must say I made the best decision yet as they are affordable. My smile is absolutely beautiful, I can smile confidently now and not afraid to smile when I take pictures and talk with my friends and family. The customer service I received was great, whenever I email them, they would respond the same day plus they kept me updated throughout the journey. I was shocked that they followed up with me after they sent me the aligners to see if my teeth were moving as planned. What I loved the most is that I got free retainers and a whitening foam. They said they still have my info on file so I can purchase retainers at any time for a low cost. I highly recommend NewSmile if you want to fix your smile, you will not be disappointment. Thanks a lot NewSmile.
Clear aligners for my teeth
OMG, I can't believe how easy it was to fix my teeth with these clear aligners! I didn't have to deal with any annoying wires or brackets like braces. The impression kit was really simple to use, and I got my custom aligners quickly. The best part is that they're hardly noticeable when I'm wearing them, so I don't feel self-conscious at all. Also, the virtual monitoring made me feel like the dentist was always keeping an eye on me. I'm super happy with my results so far, and I can't wait to see the final outcome!

I thought I should give clear aligner treatment a shot with this company, and I'm really happy I did. The whole thing was simple - I got the kit for impressions, sent it back, and got my personalized aligners not long after. They were comfy and you could hardly tell I was wearing them. In just a few months, I could see a change and now my teeth look awesome. The customer service crew was super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. All in all, I'm really pleased with my time with this company.

I wasn't sure about trying clear aligners at first, but I'm really happy I went for it with this company. The whole thing was really easy and convenient, from getting the first impressions done to getting my personalized aligners. The customer service team was awesome and they answered all my questions and worries. And the best part is, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get a nice smile. I'll for sure suggest it to anyone who wants to straighten their teeth without any hassle!

I got clear aligners from here and they were awesome! The kit was really easy to use and I didn't have to go to the dentist. The aligners fit perfectly and my teeth started looking straighter super fast. The best part was I could wear them all day without anyone noticing!

I thought I'd give this clear aligner treatment a shot and boy, was it awesome! I was able to straighten my teeth without dealing with those big braces. I just had to make molds of my teeth at home, send them off, and then I received my set of clear aligners. They were super easy to wear and hardly anyone noticed unless I pointed them out. My teeth started looking better in just a few weeks, and now I have a smile I'm confident in!

NewSmile Clear Aligners
Loved the service from this company. I went w/ them because they're licensed by Health Canada, and the aligners are also U.S. FDA approved. They threw in retainers and whitening, and they're $600 less than other brands like Byte and SmileDirectClub that don't give retainers for free!

I am so happy and satisfied with the service that NewSmile offers. They do not require monthly visits to a dental office, and it is very convenient for a working mom like me. The customer service is terrific and the aligners are 100% BPA and latex-free which is safe to use.

I got these clear aligners that help my teeth get straight by wearing them every day. It was really easy and didn't hurt my mouth like braces would’ve. I can’t wait to see how nice my smile will be when I’m finished!

New Smile aligners
Takes way to long to get anything from them. After doing a set of impressions and waiting for a response, (about 4 weeks), I was told they were no good and i had to redo them at a cost of $80. I decided not to go ahead and requested a refund. Suddenly all communication stopped. The refund dept was supposed to call me at an agreed upon time. They did not so I called them. They were in a meeting so I got voicemail. Eventually someone called and said that it would need to go for review to see if I was eligible for a refund. I had not started any treatment so other than the initial impression kit which was on sale for $40, I should be entitled to a full refund. They refused to communicate with me and after i got my bank involved, got a barely legible email stating i had to stop my bank ‘meddling’, (their words) or they would not refund me. I am still waiting……..
