My purchase was pants and a top.
I ordered these super cute pants and a top from this store and they were supposed to arrive in 7-12 days. But you know what? They didn't come for over a week, and the tracking was all messed up! I called customer service, and they said they couldn't do anything until February 30th, but like, hello, that's not even a real day!

Custom suit purchase
I just got a custom suit and let me tell you, it's been a total let down. I went in for the final fitting and found out there were a bunch of mistakes with the alterations. They forgot to put in the suspender buttons like I asked, the coat sleeves weren't altered, and the trousers break was all wrong. The person working there didn't even realize the errors and thought I was there for the first fitting. It's been a total mess and now I have to go back for another 80-mile trip hoping they finally fix it. And to top it off, they suggested I only button one button on the coat to make it fit properly. Can you believe the lack of attention to detail?

Fake knock-offs
I was so disappointed with the fake knock-offs I got from that website. The quality was terrible, and it was obvious they weren't real products. I wish I had read the reviews first so I could have avoided buying from there. I warn everyone to stay away from that website selling fake goods. I don't even want to bother trying to get a refund, especially after tracking the parcel by email and seeing my suspicions were right. Makeup brushes order.
I used to really like the makeup brushes from this company, but after what happened recently, I won't be ordering from them again. My order was supposedly delivered and signed for by FedEx, but I was home and didn't receive anything. The FedEx tracking said it was delivered to a different address. I tried to get the company to file a claim with FedEx, but only they could do it. I also reported the missing package, but nothing happened. Finally, I had to open a PayPal dispute and they told me to turn it into a claim. Sadly, I lost the dispute and $107. It's been a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

Steel water bottle
I recently bought a steel water bottle from your company and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. The package didn't show up when it was supposed to, which was a huge pain 'cause I really needed it right away. Even though I was promised it would come on time, I got a last-minute message saying there were problems at the warehouse and it wouldn't ship 'til Monday, even though I ordered it well in advance. And when I asked for a refund since I never got the item, I was told it wasn't an option. So now, I'm stuck with no bottle and no money. And to top it off, when I called to ask about the situation, the person I spoke to accused me of stealing the bottle! The customer service I got was totally unacceptable, and now I'm feeling super frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

OMG, staying at this hotel was amazing! The room was so nice with comfy pillows and a big bathtub. The staff was really friendly and they even gave me a welcome drink when I got here. They were always there to help with anything I needed. And the food, wow, it was so good! I felt like a fancy celebrity eating at the hotel restaurant. I wish I could stay here forever!

I ended up canceling and finding another pharmacy, which thankfully delivered the meds to my door in just two days with no extra charge. In my opinion, the broken promises and long wait aren't worth any discount they might give.
