Jersey purchase
I recently got a jersey from this site and saved over $50! At first I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, but my order arrived in just 4 days and everything was in perfect shape. The website was easy to use and had lots of info on how trustworthy it is. The only downside was that the package wasn't discreet - it had the soccer.com logo on it. But, all in all, it was a really good experience and I'll definitely order from them again.

Custom Jersey Order
I ordered a custom jersey as a gift and I was really looking forward to getting it. But after waiting for a whole month with no updates, I was starting to lose hope. I couldn't get ahold of anyone by phone or email, which was really frustrating. Finally, I managed to speak to someone from customer service, Nayeli, who was super honest about what was going with my order and what would happen next. I also want to give a shoutout to David F. for responding to my original review in a considerate, brief, and informative way. The customer service team really stepped up by leaving a message saying sorry for the delay and making sure my order was still coming. All in all, I'm grateful for the great customer service in the end. Thank you!
Sloppy jersey printing
I just ordered some soccer jerseys from this store and I was so disappointed with the quality. The Raul Jimenez jersey I got already had the number on the front peeling off, which was a big bummer. I thought a good store like this would have better quality control. The Chivas jersey was okay, but the problem with the other one just ruined the whole experience.
