Jewelry purchase
I bought this really nice piece of jewelry from a store the other day and it was delivered by a well-known courier. But when I got the package, it was all messed up - like someone had opened it and taped it back together in a rush. And to make things worse, the jewelry inside was gone. When I told the store what had happened, they didn't want to give me a refund or a new piece. It was super disappointing.

I just bought some E-liquids from this shop and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. They had a good variety of products, and they were one of the only places that knew how to deal with the strict laws around shipping E-Juice. Sweatshirt order mix-up
My boyfriend and I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with our recent order from this company. He's a landscaper and ordered a sweatshirt a few weeks ago to keep warm while working during the fall and winter, but when the package arrived, it had women's boots instead of the sweatshirt he needed. We contacted customer service and they said they would send the right item with 4-day shipping, but when it arrived, it was women's shorts this time. It's just not right that such a simple order for a sweatshirt got messed up not once but twice. He still doesn't have the sweatshirt he needed weeks ago and it's really frustrating. We used to trust this company, but this experience has us thinking about going somewhere else for better service that we can rely on.

Hey there, just wanted to share that I recently picked up a really cool portable screen for my laptop and it has made a huge difference! Now I can easily multitask like a pro and have tons of screen space for all my things. Setting it up was a breeze and the screen quality is seriously top-notch. On top of that, it's super light and easy to take with me wherever I go. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for an extra screen on the fly!

Buggy software purchase
I recently bought this photo editing software and boy, oh boy, what a bust! Can you believe that after dropping a good chunk of change on this thing, it turns out it doesn't even work on my operating system and crashes like nobody's business? I tried reaching out to customer service for some help or maybe an upgrade, but all I got back was a bunch of unhelpful and dismissive replies. Talk about frustrating! You expect a product to at least do the basics, right? Well, this one fell flat. In the end, dealing with this software and their customer service has been a major letdown.

I just bought a Pour Moi bra from an online store. The customer service was great and the delivery came right on time. I signed up for the repeat ink order service for my computer printer, eh? But, get this, Canon totally ignored my request to skip an order and just sent me a more expensive replacement without even asking, eh? I tried reaching out to customer service twice today, but all I got was a smug email saying they were happy to ship out my order. That is not cool, eh? Totally unacceptable behaviour. I am done dealing with them, eh?
