Photo and video editing software
I just bought some photo and video editing software from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. This software has so many cool options and features that make it super easy for me to edit my photos and videos just how I want them. I've been using it for a bit now and it hasn't let me down at all. Honestly, it's totally worth it for anyone who wants to up their editing game.
Picture viewing software purchase
As a customer using this picture viewing software, I have to admit it's great for just looking at pictures and doing a bit of editing. But, I gotta say, I was let down when I realized there are a bunch of editing tools missing and it doesn't work perfectly with Windows 10. The windows in the program are slow and I can't find any hardware settings. It's pretty frustrating to pay a lot of money for software that doesn't have the key editing tools I need and doesn't work smoothly with the newest operating system.
Software purchase
I recently bought some software from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the way they handled things. When I tried to install the software on my laptop, I noticed that there was no way to get a second license, which seemed odd to me. So I contacted customer service to see if I could sort something out, and let me tell you, they were not very helpful at all. They basically brushed me off and said I had to buy another copy of the software at full price. That kind of attitude towards customers just doesn't fly in today's market, you know?
Crappy software
Oh, I wouldn't recommend this software at all. It's a total bust - save yourself the trouble and cash! It's super glitchy and the customer service is just the worst. They keep on sending emails, even when you ask them nicely to knock it off. Plus, when you have a problem, they just push you to fork out more money for an upgrade. Such a rip-off!
Unwanted spam emails
So, I was just chilling when out of nowhere I started getting these spam emails from some random company. Like, I don't even use their services, so why are they bombarding me with this nonsense? They've lost any chance of me becoming a customer now, even if their products seemed interesting before. Businesses like this that spam folks need to be called out. Definitely giving them a one-star rating!

Buggy software purchase
I recently bought this photo editing software and boy, oh boy, what a bust! Can you believe that after dropping a good chunk of change on this thing, it turns out it doesn't even work on my operating system and crashes like nobody's business? I tried reaching out to customer service for some help or maybe an upgrade, but all I got back was a bunch of unhelpful and dismissive replies. Talk about frustrating! You expect a product to at least do the basics, right? Well, this one fell flat. In the end, dealing with this software and their customer service has been a major letdown.
Expensive software
I bought this software because I saw a bunch of good reviews online. Turns out, my experience was a total bust. After just a couple of years, the darn thing kept crashing on me all the time. I tried to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. Even when I put in my license number, I kept getting an error message saying it was wrong. When I tried to contact customer support, I got absolutely no response at all. It's really annoying to put money into something that doesn't work like it should, and having no customer service just made it worse.
Photo Studio Ultimate 2023 software
I've been using this software for over 20 years, but lately I've been really let down by where the company is heading. It seems like they care more about marketing than actually improving the software, which has led to a slow and non-Windows friendly disaster. The support team's only solution is to push you to buy the newest version, leaving loyal customers like me feeling abandoned and frustrated. It's a shame, because I used to love this software, but recent updates like AcdSee Pro 5 renaming all my files to random numbers have me looking for other options. The upgrade to Ultimate 2023 has only made things worse, with issues handling UHD resolutions properly, making the whole experience a complete disaster. The lack of support from the company is just pathetic, and I can't help but think the original founders have been replaced by some greedy and incompetent money-grabbers.
