The removable wallpaper and decorative pillows I got from this company are really something else. The designs and colors are like nothing I've seen before, and they totally changed up the vibe of my living room. The quality of the products is top-notch, and I've gotten tons of compliments from friends and family. Defective part issue
I had a pretty rough time recently with my bike. There was a part that wasn't working right, and even though I tried to get in touch with customer service within 20 days of getting the bike, they weren't willing to replace the faulty piece. I was pretty bummed out by how they handled things and it's got me thinking twice about buying from them again. On top of that, I ordered a storage cage in April and it still hasn't shown up now that it's June. When I asked for a refund, all I got back was a generic response that didn't really address my concerns or make me feel any better. It's just not up to par with the kind of service I've had with other bike companies from China.

Oh my goodness, I got this really amazing cheese and chocolate gift basket from this place, but seriously, the customer service is terrible! I kept receiving a ton of emails from them even after I requested them to stop, and they claimed they stopped it 3 times already but nope, I'm still getting emails every day. It's so frustrating, ugh!

Detested spam emails
I'm so annoyed with all the spam emails this company keeps sending me. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times, but I still get bombarded with useless junk mail. It's so frustrating and such a waste of my time. And to top it off, the unsubscribe button doesn't even work, which just makes me even more mad. I don't understand why a supposedly reputable company would stoop to such sneaky tactics just to keep customers. It's disgraceful.

I just booked airport parking through this service, eh? But when I got there, they slapped me with an extra cash fee for using my credit card to pay because of the type of vehicle I had, eh? It caught me off guard and left a bad taste in my mouth as I scrambled to make my flight, eh? And on top of that, the shuttle they gave us had broken seat belts and smelt awful, making the whole thing pretty lousy, eh? I'd tell others to think twice before booking with this service, eh?

I messed up when I was shopping online, and I accidentally sent a return meant for another store to Spanx. But let me tell you, the customer service at Spanx was top-notch. They really went out of their way to fix my mistake. They refunded me right away for the item I sent to them by accident, and they even sent the money straight to my PayPal account. It was clear they care about their customers a lot. I was super impressed by how much they did to make sure I was happy, and it definitely says a lot about their values as a company.

VPN purchase
The VPN app is pretty good overall, but I've run into a big problem. Lots of websites are blocking the VPN, so they don't load properly and I end up having to turn the service off. That kinda defeats the whole point of using a VPN, you know? And on top of that, I keep getting those annoying Captchas when I go to Google sites, which is so frustrating. I think they need to update their servers, especially since I mainly connect to servers in South Africa. Sometimes the speed isn't great either, which I haven't had issues with other VPN providers. If they don't fix these problems, I'll probably go back to my old VPN once my subscription is up.

I just bought this $98 women's sweater and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with it. The fabric started pilling after only a few times wearing it, so now it looks all old and worn out. I've gotten sweaters from other department stores for the same price that have lasted way longer. I wouldn't suggest buying this one because the quality is just not good.

I was a bit unsure about buying from this company at first, I thought it might be a scam. But after reading some good reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I bought a Kanken Backpack from this store not too long ago, and I was super disappointed with how it turned out.
