Kanken Backpack - Broken Zipper
I bought a Kanken Backpack from this store not too long ago, and I was super disappointed with how it turned out. The zipper on the backpack ended up breaking after just a few days of using it, which basically made the bag useless. You could tell right away that the zipper was poorly put together, and it was really annoying to have wasted my money on something that didn't hold up. I got in touch with customer service about it, and they quickly sorted it out by offering me a refund or a replacement. Even though I was grateful for their fast help, it still sucked to have to deal with such a low-quality product in the first place. I'll definitely be more cautious about buying from this store again.
First-time purchase, Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Baker Lows
This was my first time buying from this website, and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn pleased with the product and how everything went down. Even though there were some not-so-great reviews, I decided to take the leap and give it a shot because a fashion influencer I follow vouched for it. I ended up snagging a pair of Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Baker Lows, and let me tell you, they came just as I was hoping for. The shipping was surprisingly quick too, showing up a whole day earlier than I expected. I'd definitely shout out this site to anyone looking for real deal stuff, 'cause my order came in top-notch condition. Big thanks to you guys!
Sweater purchase
I wanted a really awesome sweater, so I went online and found this super cool one from a designer brand. I was a bit nervous at first because the store is all the way in Hong Kong, and I live in the States. But I decided to go for it, and it turned out to be totally worth it! The price was great, the sweater is amazing, and the shipping was quick. They even gave me a tracking number so I could keep an eye on my package. No strange fees or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this website to my friends, it's amazing!
Fastest shipping ever
The shipping was really fast, eh? Way quicker than any other company I've ordered from, except for Amazon's same day delivery, of course. I ordered from the Philippines and was blown away that the shipping included all customs and duties. I placed my order on March 27th around noon and got it on March 28th at about 8PM. The delivery speed was seriously impressive, and I was so happy to see that everything arrived in perfect shape. I definitely won't hesitate to order from here again in the future.
Perfect condition, delayed shipping
I recently ordered from this online store and I was really pleased with how my order came in perfect condition even though it took a little longer to arrive. Plus, the $9 shipping for international orders is a steal, and sometimes you can get your stuff in just 48-72 hours. My new bag
I just scored the most awesome bag ever! It was sold out everywhere else, but I found it here and I'm thrilled about it! It arrived in just a week and matched the description perfectly. The packaging was really nice and secure too. I definitely plan on shopping for more stuff here in the future!

Defective Product
I bought something from this company not too long ago and sadly, it arrived broken. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return, but it's been a struggle. I've sent a bunch of emails to the help desk, but didn't hear back at all until I realized their responses were getting lost in my spam folder. It's been really irritating because all I want to do is get a prepaid shipping label for the return without having to pay for it myself. The product got here fast, but the follow-up hasn't been great.
