Prescription glasses purchase
I recently bought some prescription glasses from Vooglam, but I made a mistake with my prescription. I reached out to them by email to ask for new lenses, but they told me they don't send out lenses on their own. They did offer to make me new lenses if I sent back the original glasses. I just had to cover a small fee for shipping. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and it was all done by real people, not robots. I was really happy with the way they handled everything. The glasses I got were great quality and didn't break the bank, plus the customer service was exceptional. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
