Prescription glasses purchase
I recently bought some prescription glasses from Vooglam, but I made a mistake with my prescription. I reached out to them by email to ask for new lenses, but they told me they don't send out lenses on their own. They did offer to make me new lenses if I sent back the original glasses. I just had to cover a small fee for shipping. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and it was all done by real people, not robots. I was really happy with the way they handled everything. The glasses I got were great quality and didn't break the bank, plus the customer service was exceptional. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Frames purchase
I was so happy with the frames I got from your website. There were so many choices and I found the perfect pair for me easily. The checkout was easy except for one small issue. I saw that you offered Afterpay and Klarna but I couldn't choose them during checkout. It was too bad those options weren't available when I needed them. But overall, I love the frames and they are even better than I expected.

I don't need to search anymore - I've found the best place to get my glasses! The variety here is amazing. They have frames that really match my style, and the prices are awesome. Online progressive lens purchase
In general, my experience with the company was pretty good. I bought progressive lenses online, but the reading part was too low, so it was tough to use them. The frames were nice and good quality. But I think they need to take more precise measurements for online orders like this to make sure they work right. I gave them 4 stars because I was happy with the frames.
Fast and easy online shopping experience
The website was super easy to use and had some really helpful tips, especially for getting your PD measurement. The PD ruler download was a piece of cake to use. The only bummer was that there weren't a ton of frame options for guys. Can't wait to get my glasses so I can finish up my review!

I really like the glasses I got from this website, they're amazing. They look great and they've helped me see much better. Plus, the price is pretty good, especially when you compare it to other places.
Tardy shipping
I have to tell you, the shipping of my order was a total mess. It took a whole month for my stuff to actually arrive at my house. And on top of that, the package had to be returned to the correct address before I could even get it. Having to reorder everything was a real pain and it made me really let down by the whole thing. It was definitely not a smooth experience.
