Running shoes
I bought some running shoes from this company last week, but I still haven't got any email or bill confirming my purchase. So, I haven't got the shoes I ordered yet. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but no response. When I called customer service about getting a refund, they said it wasn't possible. Now I'm feeling frustrated and helpless, waiting for this problem to get resolved.

An unfortunate experience
I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company lately. I ordered something and then realized I needed to change it, but they said I couldn't. And when I asked about the warranty, they couldn't help because of fake stuff out there. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I'm pretty disappointed.

Pro 3 3000 electric toothbrush
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and I've always been happy with their products. I recently bought the Pro 3 3000 electric toothbrush but I was kind of let down because the design wasn't what I expected. Unlike my old brushes, this one doesn't have a rubber grip so it gets slippery when it's wet. It's been really frustrating for me, especially since I'm getting older. I can't even return or exchange it because I don't have the receipt.

My interior design app
This app is amazing, eh? I use it all the time to design my dream room and test out different styles and colors. I kinda hope they could give discounts and maybe have a weekly subscription for us broke kids. It would be so cool if students could get the premium plan for school projects, don't you think?
