Ethically sourced engagement ring
The quality of the ethically sourced diamond in my engagement ring is top-notch. I was really impressed with how much info they gave me about where and how the ring was made. The one-on-one help I got at the showroom was super useful in helping me choose. But, I did think the price was a bit steep compared to other places I looked.

Hotel reservation for 4 nights, double room with tiny bathroom
I booked a room at this hotel for 4 nights, but I was really let down by the double room and small bathroom. The pictures online looked nice, but in reality, the bathroom was too cramped, especially for someone like me with physical disabilities. It was not safe at all. Plus, the balcony they advertised was useless in the winter with temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

Online course engagement with industry leaders
I was pretty let down by my time at GetSmarter. The course material was informative and all, but I didn't really connect with the industry experts like they said I would. It felt like the student profiles were probably fake, made by some computer program. Not having those real interactions definitely made it harder for me to learn.

Staying at the motel
I stayed at this motel and it was amazing, like seriously a 10 outta 10! The staff were so friendly and the other guests were really nice too. It was just 2 miles from downtown which was super convenient. And there was a McDonald's and a chiropractor close by, which was pretty handy. I'll definitely come back again! Thanks for such a great stay!

I bought some organic bedding from this company recently and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how good the stuff is. The sheets are super soft and fancy, and the duvet insert kept me warm just right. I also liked how environmentally friendly the company is, using organic materials and recyclable packaging. Gastro dine in meal deal
I recently took advantage of a meal deal at a popular store called Gastro dine in. The deal was advertised as including a variety of main courses, side dishes, dessert, and a bottle of wine for just £12. However, when I got to the checkout, I noticed that the total was higher than I anticipated. After looking closer, I realized that one of the side dishes I selected was not actually part of the deal, so I was charged full price for it. When I pointed this out to customer service, they didn't seem too bothered and just said I should have read the fine print. I was definitely not happy with their lack of customer service in this situation.

Overpriced Shoes
I just treated myself to a nice pair of shoes that were super expensive, but they started falling apart after only a few times wearing them. The store and the brand were no help at all, they just blamed it on regular use. Luckily, Timpson's came to the rescue and fixed the problem for me!

Online order
I just wanted to share my recent online shopping experience where I bought something, but it never arrived. The shipping company couldn't show that it was delivered, so I never got the stuff I ordered. I tried contacting customer service, but they never got back to me or gave me a refund. It was really frustrating and disappointing to be left hanging like that. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges and hopefully get my money back.

I just tried out Shipito for checking a package I had shipped, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast they got back to me. The pictures of the package were really clear and detailed, making it easy for me to check everything inside. To be honest, they were a bit slow getting back to me at first, but once they were back from their day off on Sunday, they were super quick. My UPS package was processed in less than a day and sent on to Canada. Right now, I'm really satisfied with the service I got.
