The customer service and policies there aren't that great, so it's probably better to go with a more reliable store. I am really upset about the Lighted LED Strip I bought from this company. It was not a good experience with their customer service and the items were damaged because they were packaged poorly. I also couldn't buy extra Sticky Pads for the Hexa Panels, which was annoying because they have a special design that you can't find in regular stores. I tried contacting Customer Service for some extras, but unfortunately, I didn't get any.

I ordered something, paid for it, got a confirmation and shipping notice. But then out of the blue, the shipment, which was already on its way according to the tracking, got cancelled. Govee isn't answering my messages anymore and now I'm out of cash, at least for the time being.
