Account transfer and withdrawal assistance
I had to move some money around from my trading account to the bank account and between two trading accounts a while back, eh. The customer service folks were super helpful all the way through. Caroline helped me out with the transfer and withdrawal, making sure I got my cash real quick, in just one day. Plus, Matt made it real easy for me to move money between my two trading accounts. Just a heads up, if you got any trades open, you gotta reach out to customer service for help with moving or taking out cash, eh.
Forex trading
I live up here in Canada and I found this company that does forex trading. It's been going pretty well. Putting money in and taking it out is quick and simple, and the online chat support has been handy. The only catch is if you need to deal with paperwork, you gotta wait until regular work hours. Their office is right downtown in Toronto. They seem like a pretty trustworthy broker with decent leverage and spreads. Nothing too amazing, but it does the job.
Free TradingView account evaluation
I had a really great experience with this company, eh? The platform is super easy to use and get around on. The customer service peeps were always there when I needed help. When I asked for my account to be checked for the free TradingView account bonus, it was quick and I got approved in about 10 minutes. Antonio from the live chat was awesome to talk to. Overall, I'm really happy with the service this company offers, eh?
Trading experience
Hey there, just wanted to mention that my experience trading with this company has been really good. I love how fast their customer service is and haven't run into any problems at all. Deposits are quick and the spreads are pretty good. I haven't tried withdrawing money yet, but I have a good feeling about it. Overall, I think they're awesome and big shoutout to Caroline for being great! ❤️

I just started using this brokerage, and I have to say, they are really easy to work with. The platform is so simple and doesn't throw too much information at you. I called for help with a tech issue and Daniela from customer service was awesome! She was quick to reply and tried different solutions step by step, starting with the obvious ones. Eventually, she fixed my connection problem with her expertise and problem-solving skills. She was super polite and paid attention to what I was saying. I was really impressed with the top-notch service I got.
Quick resolution of demo account issues
I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally the team dealt with the problems on my demo account. Even though it was just a demo, the team did a fantastic job fixing the MT4 issues. I really like when a company puts customers first like BlackBull does. They always impress me with how they're always available and reliable whenever I need them. They might not be perfect, but their focus on making sure customers are happy really makes them stand out from the rest. In the end, that's what really counts.
Pending Approval Submitted Documents
I signed up last week and sent in my bank statements to get approved. It's taking longer than I thought, so I reached out to them today. They asked for more documents to confirm my address. Thanks to Daniela, my account is almost approved now! Yay!
