Masks
I bought some masks from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The quality of the masks was top-notch and the service was excellent. They were made of great material and put together really well, so I felt super protected and comfortable wearing them. And can we talk about how fast they came? I ordered them one day and they were at my door the next - talk about speedy! It was such a relief to get them so quickly, especially with everything going on right now. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Socks
I got me a couple pairs of socks and gotta say, they were pretty good quality overall. They were comfy to wear and did a good job of preventing blisters. But, I was bummed out that the color faded real quick after a few washes. Also, I noticed that some of the styles and colors were made of a different material, and that wasn't mentioned when I bought them. It was kinda frustrating 'cause I was hoping for the same quality in all the socks.

Weighted bamboo blanket
I bought the weighted bamboo blanket from this store and boy was I let down when it got delivered. It cost me a pretty penny at $250, but it wasn't even Queen size like they said. I contacted customer service and they told me it's the only Queen size they have, and it's more of a throw than a full blanket. They didn't mention that anywhere on their website, and it left me feeling tricked and irritated. And on top of that, trying to return it was going to cost me $75 because of how heavy it is (and Cariloha doesn't cover return shipping). Businesses should really be upfront about their products to avoid these kinds of situations. Hopefully, this review can help others thinking about getting this blanket.

Account transfer and withdrawal assistance
I had to move some money around from my trading account to the bank account and between two trading accounts a while back, eh. The customer service folks were super helpful all the way through. Caroline helped me out with the transfer and withdrawal, making sure I got my cash real quick, in just one day. Plus, Matt made it real easy for me to move money between my two trading accounts. Just a heads up, if you got any trades open, you gotta reach out to customer service for help with moving or taking out cash, eh.

Convenient access to international websites
As someone who uses this service, I was really impressed at first because I could buy stuff from international websites that I wouldn't normally be able to. But, my good feelings didn't last long because the customer service I got was really bad. When I asked a simple question, I just got the same copy-paste answers that didn't really help me. Their lack of understanding and bad communication made me frustrated and let down. With such bad customer service, I probably won't use this service again.

Old camera purchase
Oh my gosh, I had such a great time at that camera place! The staff was really fast at answering my questions and they were all so friendly. I sent them my old camera and it was super easy. Selling and buying online was definitely the way to go. I don't think I'll be going to a physical store anytime soon!
