It's worrying that a company managing these important transactions doesn't have an easy way to contact them for customer support. I contacted the airline to ask about the missing points, and they said that points.com handles these transactions. This situation made me question why I chose points.com for loyalty programs, as it seems like they're not reliable and don't offer good customer service when it comes to points. I hope that this feedback encourages the company to improve their service and focus on making customers happy for a better user experience.

    Quick purchase, issue with points refund

    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh? I bought something and then had trouble getting my points. When I contacted customer service, they admitted their mistake and promised to give me back my points within a week. But, let me tell ya, it was not easy. I had to deal with a ton of frustration just to get my money back, y'know?
