Bought tiny wine bottles
Oh my goodness, I had such a great time picking up my little wine bottles from In Good Taste! It was like a fun scavenger hunt but for wine. The website was really easy to navigate and I enjoyed the variety of collections they offered from different regions. I felt so fancy sipping on my mini wines, making believe I was at a fancy party. The coolest part was being able to sample different types without having to invest in a full-sized bottle. It made me feel like a wine expert!

Tent camping experience
My camping trip with Tentrr was amazing. The location was secluded with beautiful views of nature all around. I've been using this product for a long time, but after 10 years of meh experiences, I decided to try out a different service because of the bad design and ergonomics. When I tried to cancel my paid subscription, I couldn't do it straight from the dashboard. So, I had to contact their support team for help, but it's been a rough week and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. It's pretty disappointing to see that their customer service is seriously lacking, especially with all the negative reviews out there.

I was listening to this podcast and they were talking about this awesome gadget, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Being a PhD student, I need all the help I can get to stay focused and alert while studying. This thing really does the trick and helps me be super productive when I'm going through research articles. Plus, I always struggle to fall back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I put it on deep sleep mode and keep it under my pillow, and it works like a charm! Considering how much I use it, I definitely think it's worth the money.

I switched phone companies not too long ago, and I had some trouble moving my number over. Dealing with customer service was a pain, and I couldn't get the issue sorted out properly. Eh, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I bought three jackets but only got two, and they still charged me for all three, eh. I've sent a bunch of emails trying to fix this, but haven't heard back, eh. It's frustrating to be ignored and not get a simple fix, eh. I'd tell others to steer clear of this company, their customer service is pretty bad and not reliable, eh. After giving them lots of time to fix things, I have no choice but to get my credit card company and the better business bureau involved, eh.

Don't trust this shady company, eh! I asked for a refund four months ago and still haven't gotten it. They just keep making excuses and ignoring the law that says they have to give a refund when asked. I'm gonna report them now. Better to stay away from this company and save yourself the trouble, eh!

I was left feeling disappointed and annoyed by the lack of help and the abrupt way they ended our conversation. I was hoping for a more supportive and patient attitude from customer service.

The dress I bought was really good quality and exactly what I was wanting. But, the shipping time was a bit annoying. The website said it would ship in 7-10 business days, but mine took 14 business days to ship and then another 4 days for delivery. I can't believe the audacity of this place. I bought a used bike from them and it turned out to be a total disaster. They did ship it quickly, so I'll give them that. But when I reached out to them a few days after getting the bike to share my concerns, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't seem to care at all that the bike had problems, all they wanted to do was get rid of it. And on top of that, when I tried to sell it back to them, they offered me a fraction of what I paid. It's just absurd! Plus, the frame ended up cracking after only a few rides. Who knows what would've happened if I had taken it on more challenging trails. The fact that this company lacks accountability is truly shocking. They sell faulty bikes and couldn't care less about their customers' safety. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.

Camera course for beginners
I took this beginner camera course and it was really easy to follow. I learned a lot more than I ever did from watching YouTube videos. I wish I had signed up for it earlier because it was so useful. Also, there are free live videos and a free lesson of the day that you can access. I can only see them on my iPad though, not on my laptop, but that's probably just because I'm not great with technology.
