Phone activation trouble
It was really annoying not having any customer support to help with my technical issues. I ran into a problem while trying to activate my phone, but there was no way to talk to a real person - just an endless loop of automated messages. The ticket system was useless, and the bot kept telling me to submit a ticket, which just made me even more frustrated. I had no choice but to switch to a different phone company in the middle of everything because I couldn't finish or cancel the activation. It ended up costing me a lot of money and wasted a ton of time. From now on, I'll only consider phone companies with actual people at kiosks to help me out.

After having a chat online and talking to a customer service guy named Ian, I gotta say, big props to the service I got from this company. Ian fixed my problem super fast and talked to me in a way I could understand. I'm seriously blown away by how awesome the service is from this brand.
