Line2Define purchase
I recently bought the Line2Define product and was pretty happy with how it worked at first. But then, when I tried to sharpen the pencil, it just ended up breaking inside the sharpener. That was a bummer. So, I decided to get in touch with customer service through their website. To my surprise, the very next day, they had already reached out to let me know that a replacement was on the way. I have to say, I was really impressed with the top-notch customer service I got this time. Despite the little hiccup, I'm now super satisfied and thinking about getting another shade of the product. Besides Line2Define, I've got a bunch of other Trinny products like blush and eyeshadow. They all seem to last really well, especially the cream eyeshadows. As a 72-year-old lady who still likes to look fabulous, I really appreciate the quality and lasting power of Trinny's products. I also use their skincare items and think they've played a part in keeping my skin in good shape at my age.
Micro needling, BFF, shimmers, lip2cheek, line2define
Trinny's stuff is totally life-changing! I started with the basics like moisturizers and cleansers, but soon got hooked on the micro-needling and makeup. It's been a journey discovering all of Trinny's products and gradually switching out my old ones. The BFF, shimmers, lip2cheek, and the new line2define are just incredible - even my hubby noticed the difference! These products actually last all day, which is a rare find with other brands. Plus, they feel so smooth and luxurious when applying, it's like a little treat every morning. And getting a new order is always exciting - beautifully packaged and delivered super fast. Trinny is really nailing it and I'm thrilled with everything she's doing.
BFF destress cream purchase
I just bought my second tube of the BFF destress cream, eh, and there was a problem with the dispenser - it was squirting at all the wrong angles. I contacted customer service for help, and they quickly gave me a tip to fix it. But when that didn't work, they sent me a new cream right away, and it arrived the next day. I'm really impressed with their helpful and polite customer service, eh, it was top-notch. The way they handled this issue was a lot better than another beauty brand I've dealt with. Big thanks to the company for their great products and service, eh.
Mascara purchase
The customer service at this store is amazing, eh. I bought a mascara recently that didn't work for me, but even though I was past the usual return time, they still gave me a credit note. The customer helpline responded quickly, and I was so impressed with the service. It's not every day you come across companies that care so much about their customers. I'd definitely suggest their products to anyone wanting good quality makeup. And can I just say, their online consultation service is super helpful, eh.
Bounce Back moisturizer
So, I'm just loving this makeup I picked up from this store, you know? It's been my go-to since they first opened. The latest thing I grabbed was their Bounce Back moisturizer, but man, it just wouldn't come out of the bottle. Luckily, the staff there were really helpful and sent me a replacement in no time. I'm seriously thrilled with everything!
Makeup purchase
I bought some makeup and it came in an empty box! But hey, no need to stress because the customer service was fantastic. They sent me a new one really fast and even kept me posted on when it would arrive. I'm really impressed with both the products and the great customer service!
Miracle blue and BFF cream
I just bought the miracle blue and BFF cream and let me tell you, I am totally obsessed with these products! I've been buying from this company for a while now and every time I am super impressed with the quality. But, this last time, they accidentally sent me the wrong stuff. I reached out to customer service right away and they fixed it up by sending me the right items in no time. I really appreciate their amazing products and top-notch customer service.
Miracle blur and bounce back moisturizer
OMG, eh! I ordered this miracle blur stuff and it was good and all, but then I tried the bounce back moisturizer and it was next level, eh! Like, everyone is telling me how great my skin looks and I can actually feel it lifting my skin. It's seriously amazing, eh! And the best part is, I got a sample of it first and fell in love, so I got the full size. Also got a cute new lipstick and more miracle blur. Trinny London is my new fave now, eh!
Recent order
Totally loving the BFF De-stress serum foundation, it seriously lasts all day. Had a little hiccup with a missing item, but got it sorted out super fast. Can't wait to try out my new bedtime routine with the cleanser - hoping it'll plump up my skin and give me that overnight sensation. Also grabbed some new makeup in the last couple of weeks. Dreaming of being as fabulous as Trinny when I grow up!
Skin care products and makeup
Trinny's skin care and makeup are just awesome. I've tested out a couple of products and they were all great. I really like that you can try out samples before buying the full-size version. Just had a little problem with the Be Your Best refill, but Beth in customer service totally rocked it. She gave top-notch service and fixed everything super quickly. Thanks a bunch, Beth!
Fantastic customer service
Can I just say, I had a little problem with my order and let me tell you, the customer service team was amazing. They fixed it really quickly and were so caring and understanding. I'm so pleased with how everything was resolved and I'll definitely keep coming back as a customer.
Old but fabulous
I'm a spunky old lady who still wants to look good even though my eyes aren't the best. I slap on some magic blur for my wrinkles and a nice cream for my face. It's simple to use and I feel like a youthful queen with rosy cheeks.
Be your best
I just bought the Be Your Best product from Trinny London but got a different item by mistake. When I reached out to customer service, Ian helped me out and sent me a replacement right away. I've been trying out Trinny London products for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good the skincare and makeup stuff is.
Lipstick purchase
After having a chat online and talking to a customer service guy named Ian, I gotta say, big props to the service I got from this company. Ian fixed my problem super fast and talked to me in a way I could understand. I'm seriously blown away by how awesome the service is from this brand.
Foundation and blush
I picked up some foundation and blush, and I'm really looking forward to testing them out! I'm not the best at makeup, so I needed some guidance while shopping online.
