    Double order due to website error

    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I made an order on their website and ran into a glitch that caused a double order to go through. It was obvious that it wasn't my fault, eh, because even the customer service rep in the live chat admitted that the website can get overloaded. But when I tried to reach out to them and fix the issue within minutes, they refused to cancel one of the duplicate orders. The replies from the live chat rep weren't helpful and sometimes didn't even have anything to do with my questions. It was also clear that English wasn't their first language, making it tough to talk to them. And to top it off, I had to pay for shipping twice because of their system mistakes, which just made me even more frustrated, eh. They pretty much told me to just accept both orders, return one, and then deal with getting a refund for one of the shipping charges. The whole process seemed overly complicated and time-consuming, especially since returns were free. I couldn't figure out why they couldn't just change or cancel the orders in the first place. In the end, I felt like they wasted my time and money.

    Returns Label Delay

    I had a pretty bad experience recently with this brand's customer service when I needed a returns label. Waited for 4 days, tried reaching out by email, but got no response. It was so frustrating because they usually pride themselves on giving top-notch service. Finally got the label, dropped off the package a week ago, but the tracking says it's still not picked up. I feel really let down and frustrated by the whole thing. It's definitely given me a bad impression of the brand and made me think twice about buying from them again.

    I just got some appliances delivered from Abt and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the service. The delivery team was super nice, very professional, and they even took the time to give me some helpful info about the appliances. They had to carry everything up three flights of stairs, which was no joke, but they did it without any issues. Honestly, I'm really happy with the whole experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.

    Horrible clothes

    I bought some clothes and they were just terrible. They looked nothing like what I saw online, the colors were all wrong, the fabric felt cheap... everything was just off. And then, to make it even worse, they charged me 25 whole dollars to ship it to me, and another 25 to return it. And when I did return it, they only gave me back half of what I paid. Like, what a rip off! And guess what, they expect you to go all the way to a UPS drop-off point with an unsealed package so the workers there can check it out. Seriously, who has time for that?? It's 2022! I am never shopping there again, no way. I'll make sure to tell all my friends about this and make sure nobody else falls for it. Peace out! ✌

    Rings got LOST!

    I sent my rings to the store to get some things done before my wedding, like engraving and cleaning. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks, but it ended up taking longer. After I called to complain, they rushed the shipping, but turns out it got lost! Now they're trying to replace it, but I'm really upset and disappointed.     I recently booked a place to stay through this website for my trip to Europe. The booking process was easy and they had a super tempting offer for a cancellation policy that was fully refundable. But when I tried to cancel less than a day later, I was in for a shock. They wanted to charge me a massive 96% cancellation fee. It was totally not what I was expecting and left me feeling disappointed. The customer service didn't really help and didn't want to admit they were at fault for having incorrect info on their site. They pointed fingers at the property owner, who then blamed Agoda. It was all just frustrating and not what I signed up for. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this site for booking accommodations.

    I totally love the cute fabrics and designs of the pajamas I got from LazyOne. They're super roomy and cozy, perfect for just chilling at home. I ended up getting a bunch for myself and as gifts because I'm obsessed with them. But I have noticed a problem with the elastic in the waistband of the pants. A lot of the pairs I got had the elastic all twisted and bunched up, which makes the waistband pretty uncomfortable and hard to fix. It's kind of a bummer because it messes with how comfy and good quality they are.

    Christmas gifts order

    Man, those negative reviews weren't kidding! I ordered Christmas presents more than 3 weeks ago and they charged my card right away. But guess what? I still haven't gotten any of my stuff. I've been trying to get a hold of them through every way possible - calling, chatting, emailing - but it's like no one's listening. No reply, no acknowledgement, zilch. Can you believe a company can operate like this? I even had to go as far as filing a complaint with my credit card company for theft.
