Orthopedic Knee Pillow purchase
I gotta say, this Orthopedic Knee Pillow for side sleepers has been a total game-changer for me when it comes to bedtime. So, I bought this hair straightener online and oh my gosh, it was a complete disaster, eh! The straightener arrived and didn't even work right. It was a total let down, and when I tried to ask for my money back, they were nowhere to be found. It's like they completely ignored me. They keep sending me these stupid emails saying they're looking into it, but nothing ever gets done. It's so sketchy and dishonest, I'm definitely not purchasing from them in the future, eh!

It feels like forever since I ordered these insoles, and they still haven't arrived! Seriously, it's been 3 whole weeks! I tried to get a refund but all they send me are these frustrating messages thanking me for being patient. Ugh, what a joke! This must be some kind of scam, hiding behind a fake name. Don't be fooled - don't waste your money on this bogus company!
Massager purchase, false advertising
I recently bought a massager from this company because they claimed it had a heating feature. But when I got the product, I found out the heating function was fake and didn't actually work. I was let down by this false advertising, so I contacted the company for a refund. Unfortunately, they told me the massager doesn't really have a heat function, which made me even more frustrated. The website itself was also misleading, making me feel like I was tricked into buying it. I recommend others to be careful of these dishonest practices and think about buying from trusted sellers like Amazon, where refunds are easy.
vitamins and supplements
My experience with this store was just terrible, eh? I ordered some vitamins and supplements off their website, but it was a total disaster, eh? The website was so hard to use, the customer service wasn't helpful at all, and the prices were way too much compared to other places. And on top of all that, it took forever for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the package was all beat up. All in all, I wouldn't tell anyone to shop there, eh?
Cheap Chinese knock offs
I had such a terrible experience with this company, eh. The stuff they sell is just cheap knock offs from China, and when I tried to return them, I had to send them all the way to Poland and pay for it myself, can you believe it? And get this, turns out their main office is in Latvia, not the UK like they claim on their site. It really seems fishy to me, like a total scam. I'd tell ya to steer clear and not buy anything from this place, for sure.
Slippers purchase
I bought some slippers from this company, thinking they would be top-notch Cloud slippers because of all the great reviews. But when they arrived, I was really let down. They were nothing like what was described. The quality was lousy, and I felt like the company tricked me.
Overpriced shoes

Non-delivery of Orders
I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. I ordered something weeks ago, but it never showed up. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, all I got were generic responses that didn't help at all. The lack of communication and delivery has made me feel like I've been ripped off.
Fake product, terrible quality
I bought a pregnancy pillow from this store thinking I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be total garbage. It was actually shipped from China and was the worst quality imaginable - a complete fake. When I asked for a refund, they tried to only give me back some of the money. Not cool at all! I've now reported them to the authorities and even got MasterCard involved in this scam. Still waiting to get my money back and I'm super mad at this terrible excuse for a company. Avoid them at all costs.
Pillow order delay
I've been waiting forever for my pillow to show up! I contacted customer service a bunch of times, but still no updates on what's going on. It's been two whole weeks since I paid for it, and I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication from the company. Looking back, I should've checked the reviews before buying, seems like lots of folks are having the same problem.

I bought a pair of sandals and shoes to help with my foot issue, but they actually made it worse. They were so cheap, terrible quality, and made in China. And to top it off, I couldn't even get a refund. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs!
