Expensive pens
The pens I bought were pretty good, but the price was a bit high. But let me tell you, my experience with the company was not good at all. I paid for my order and then, surprise surprise, got another bill months later. It felt like they were trying to trick me into paying twice, and I had to deal with a collection agency because of it. It really makes me wonder if this company is shady and intentionally trying to rip off customers.

The hearing aids I bought just weren't cutting it anymore. I was having trouble following conversations and missing important words. So, I saw an ad for an open house at a hearing aid store and figured why not give it a shot. I ordered a kit for a hearing test and got to meet with Dr. Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids to fit my needs and did a word recognition test. He figured out what was going on and gave me a list of words to practice for 15 minutes every day. Thanks to the personalized care I got, my word recognition has gotten a lot better. Big shoutout to the whole team at the store for all their help and support. Much appreciated!

Pocket knife and keychain tool set
This company really talks the talk about their top-notch products, but my personal experience with them was pretty disappointing. The pocket knife I bought was supposed to be tough and dependable for outdoor activities, but it ended up breaking after only a couple of uses. And don't even get me started on the keychain tool kit - the screwdriver kept coming loose all the time, making it a real pain to use properly. Considering how much I shelled out for these items, I was definitely expecting way better quality. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in need of reliable tools.

Red velvet cake and black-gold balloons
My experience was a complete disaster. I ordered a red velvet cake and black-gold balloons, but ended up getting a chocolate cake and pink-gold balloons instead. Even after confirming my order, Ferns n Petals really dropped the ball and didn't deliver what I asked for. When I raised the issue, they said they would look into it, but never got back to me, leaving me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. And to top it off, the quality of their products was way below what they show on their website. In a previous order, they even sent me a cup with a chip in it and didn't bother to replace it. It seems like Ferns n Petals doesn't care about their mistakes, just grabbing cash without any apology for letting their customers down. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things would get better, but once again, they failed to come through as promised. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because their customer service is basically non-existent, and they seem more interested in money than giving good service.

So I bought some new undies back on November 23rd, right? They shipped it out quick, on November 26th, but it's December 5th now and I still haven't got my order. The tracking online said it was supposed to be delivered on November 30, but no luck. Tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through - just a recording saying they couldn't take my call. Super frustrating not getting any help or updates on my order. I even tried reaching out on Facebook, but no response there either. This whole situation has been a letdown - the lack of communication and slow delivery is just not cool.

I recently made a big sale and wanted to get a special gift to say "Thank You" to my lady. She loves butterflies, so I thought the Butterfly bouquet would be perfect. I decided to go with the $2.99 shipping and it arrived in about a week, which was no problem for me. But, I also bought a Christmas item that won't ship until October. I wasn't sure if they would send the Butterfly bouquet right away or wait until October because this was my first time ordering from this place.

I needed a safe way to carry around my expensive camera gear, so I did some digging and came across this backpack that seemed to be just what I needed. It's got lots of room and compartments for all my little accessories, plus it keeps my Canon R3 and gear safe and secure. The backpack is really well put together, light to carry, and super practical. The waterproof cover it comes with is a nice touch too. All in all, I'm really pleased with this buy and would definitely suggest it to any other photographers out there.
