My order was delayed
So, y'know, I had this really annoying thing where my order took forever to get here. I talked to this really nice person who was like, "Don't worry, girl!" She figured out that my order was stuck somewhere and wouldn't be coming for, like, another week. But then she offered me a refund on the shipping, which was super awesome! Definitely great customer service!

Clothing and accessories
My visit to this shop was a huge letdown. The service was just awful. I had trouble getting help from the staff, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful and not very friendly. On top of that, the prices were way too high for what they were offering. When I tried to return something, it took forever to get my cash back. It was a total pain and I definitely won't be coming back here.

Activewear, Scammers, No refund
I had a really bad experience with this store. I bought some activewear from them and I never got my order or a refund. The tracking numbers they gave me were fake and even though they promised a refund, nothing ever happened. It was obvious that this store is a scam, so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Just a heads up, watch out for litactivewear and their other company lattelierstore.

Overpriced store with rude customer service
This store is so overpriced, and the customer service is just awful. I went in hoping to find a cool gift, but everything was way too expensive and the staff wasn't helpful at all. They were rude and didn't seem to care about helping me, which made me feel like they didn't want me there. I left feeling annoyed and let down, and I won't be going back to that fancy place again.

Just got my order, eh? Not too happy about it. The container was only half full, so I'll be out in no time flat. The smell and taste are pretty gross, gotta say. I'll just stick to my usual collagen sachets - they're way better and cheaper, you know what I mean?

Recent camper purchase
I recently bought a camper from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. They told us all the problems would be fixed before we got the camper, but that didn't happen at all. They kept saying they would take care of it, but nothing ever got done. We've been waiting for months now and the camper still hasn't been fixed. Dealing with the staff has been so frustrating - it's like they're not even trying to help us. To top it off, we got hit with $5000 in hidden fees out of nowhere. It's just not right.

Just picked up a sick new waterproof cycling jacket from this company and it's amazing! Now I can bike in the rain without getting soaked and feeling all icky. The jacket fits like a glove and is so comfy. It even has pockets for my snacks while I'm riding. And it looks super cool, making me feel like a pro cyclist. I'm absolutely loving my new jacket!

I actually just randomly came across this cool little boutique when I was on the hunt for a specific pair of pants that were sold out everywhere else. At first, I was a bit skeptical because the price was way better than what I had seen at other stores. But, after checking out some reviews and testimonials, I decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. I was so happy to find out that they had the pants in my size when every other site was all sold out.

Vintage clothing
I had a bit of a mix of good and bad experiences shopping at this store, eh. On the bright side, they're quick to reply to questions and offer some good deals. I was happy that they gave me a refund when my return got lost in the mail, too. But I was pretty let down by the fact that I got some second-hand items covered in weird stuff. Finding tissues in the pockets was definitely not cool. Plus, the sizes they listed were often wrong, so some stuff didn't even fit right. And a bunch of items from a big order were such poor quality, they should've been in the trash, not for sale. Waiting 5 weeks to get my money back was super annoying, especially when they kept getting the amount wrong by a few bucks, even though I had to pay for the return shipping.

The clothes I bought were really good quality, and the prices were fair for how well they fit and how nice they are. The customer service was amazing, definitely some of the best I've ever had. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of options for post-maternity clothes. But I would be thrilled if they made some post-maternity active leggings with pockets!

Comforter purchase with 30-day try-out
I recently bought a comforter from this company that lets you try it out for 30 days. Unfortunately, I found the comforter to be too warm for my liking. When I contacted customer service to start the return process, I was met with amazing service. The staff were really nice and helpful. They even suggested that instead of returning the comforter, I could donate it to a homeless shelter and still get a full refund. I thought that was a great and thoughtful idea.
Moreover, the customer service team went out of their way to help me find addresses for local shelters. Even though I didn't end up donating, they quickly sent me a return label free of charge. The whole process was smooth and easy, with my refund processed the next day. I was really impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by the customer service team and how they accommodated my needs.

Bought some clothes
I picked up some clothes from here and I gotta say, I wasn't thrilled with the whole thing. To start, they charge two bucks every month even when your card is empty. Like, that's not cool, buddy. And when I tried to cancel my account, it was a real headache. They insisted on sending the cancellation papers by fax, who even has one of those nowadays? It's like they don't want you to leave. I had to give them a call because I couldn't cancel online, and they wouldn't even send me an email confirming it. After lots of arguing, they finally agreed to mail me that confirmation. Seriously though, who needs all that hassle?

I'm really happy with the new bag I got. It's super stylish and looks great. The company's customer service was really good too, very professional.
