Small Rockport Slides purchased
I bought a pair of Rockport Slides that ended up being too small and tight. I contacted Peltz Shoes to exchange them for a bigger size, but I've had a really bad experience. I returned them with the label they gave me, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. It looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem based on the reviews I've seen. It's really disappointing to see a company treating their customers this way. Be careful of possible scams and rip-offs if you're shopping at this store.

Improvements for email and file audiences
I'm still learning, but there are a couple of things that I think could be improved. It would be really helpful in a project if you could just send an email or file to specific people instead of the entire list, or having to make a whole new workspace. Dealing with an accountant's receivable person would be much easier that way. Another great feature would be the option for people to choose who sees their email replies from the client's side, so not everyone has to see them if it's not necessary.

Trainers that were two sizes too big
I just got a pair of sneakers from this company, eh. They turned out to be almost two sizes too big, which is weird 'cause I always wear the same size in all my other shoes. I contacted customer service to try and fix the problem and ended up dealing with this one guy, Jason S, who was no help at all. He didn't give me any solutions or even try to make things right. I was left feeling super frustrated and not happy about how things went down, ya know.

I got the coolest camo hoodie and gloves from Camofire, and they are amazing! The hoodie is really comfy and great for blending in while hunting or hanging out around the campfire. The gloves keep my hands warm and have a good grip, making me feel like a pro outdoorsy person. I recently made a purchase from Liberty London and I must say, I was pretty happy with the whole experience. The ordering process went really well, super smooth and efficient, and I got all three separate orders sooner than I expected. The packaging was top-notch, everything inside was all good and in order. I really liked how they paid attention to the details with the packaging, made the whole thing feel fancy. Compared to another luxury store, Liberty London really went above and beyond with their service and delivery.<br><br>One thing that could be better though is how they manage their inventory. Sometimes, even though the website shows a product is in stock, they end up not having it when you order. That can be frustrating for customers who relied on that info to make a purchase. I think Liberty London should step up their inventory check procedures to avoid this happening in the future.
