    Running shoes

    I recently picked up a new pair of running shoes, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they held up. They were comfy to run in and gave me the support I needed. But, I did notice that the bottom of the shoe wore out quicker than I thought, especially on the right heel. Despite this small hiccup, when I reached out to customer service, they were super professional and quick to help. After sending over some pics of the damage, they sent me a brand new pair that was even better performance-wise.<br><br>Both pairs of shoes I got were top-notch, with great attention to detail. There were no sloppy mistakes, like missing glue or messy seals. The quality of the materials used really stood out, and you could tell these shoes were made to last through many runs.

    Light trainers, not suitable for running

    These sneakers look great and come in so many awesome colours. But, when I tried them out for running, I was kind of disappointed. The material is pretty rigid and the cushioning is really firm, which made my feet hurt after a while. And when it comes to comfort and fit, they were just too snug around the middle of my foot. After giving them a shot, I think I'll be going back to my usual brand, Brooks, for all my running adventures.

    Recent online purchase

    I just made an online order and got an email from the shipping company saying my stuff would be here on a specific day. But, surprise surprise, it didn't show up, and the tracking info changed to no delivery date at all. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order was stuck in Customs. It feels like there's some mixed signals or lack of communication going on. This whole situation has kind of put me off, and I'll for sure be more cautious before ordering from them in the future.

    Running shoes

    I jus' bought this pair ah runnin' shoes for $160, ya know, hopin' they'd make it easier fer me feet when I'm out runnin' or usin' the elliptical at the gym. But after only 8 months ah wearin' 'em off 'n' on, I noticed some holes poppin' up at the front thanks to some faulty plastic part inside. A warranty would've been real nice to have, but nah, there ain't one. Left me feelin' real frustrated with the quality of these shoes, that's fer sure. Lookin' back, I wish I had gone with some Hoka's instead. 'Bout the same price, but prob'ly better durability 'n' customer support, eh.

    Yeah, so I got these new trainers, you know? But man, the uppers are already wearing out so fast, especially by the toes. My old trainers were way sturdier and lasted way longer. I don't get why these ones are falling apart so quickly. It's like the uppers have no strength at all compared to my old ones. Maybe the company just doesn't care about quality anymore...

    So, I got these new kicks, eh? They took, like, forever to arrive, you know? And then when they finally showed up, they weren't even the right size so I had to send 'em back. But get this - I don't have a printer at home, and none of the stores had one either! Like, seriously, what a lousy company, right?

    I just bought some stuff online and I gotta say, I was kind of let down by what they had. I really like the shoes made by that company, but the selection on the website was pretty disappointing. A lot of styles and colors weren't there at all, or they only had one size available. I was really shocked that they didn't have the popular JAZZ sneakers at all, only the JAZZ 81 or Court models. It was annoying not having much to choose from as a customer.

    I'm so angry about the customer service I've been dealing with. I ordered a pair of trainers a month ago, but the courier says they delivered them when they didn't. I've been trying to get a refund for a month now, but it feels like the company doesn't care at all about their customers. The customer service has been terrible, taking days to reply with only a few words. It's not okay that the company has had my money for a month and I still don't have the shoes.

    Recent Saucony Sneakers Purchase

    I bought a pair of sneakers from this brand recently and I was really let down by how unsupportive and uncomfortable they were. I've loved their Jazz style since high school, so it was surprising to see that the new pair I got was so tight and small. It was really uncomfortable when I wore them for walks and runs. The quality seemed way worse compared to the pairs I used to hike in remote areas. It was disappointing to see the product's durability and comfort level go downhill like that.

    ES3 New York purchase

    I recently had a bummer of an experience with the customer service team. I snagged a pair of ES3 New York shoes from the last stock, but ran into a problem with the delivery. The shoes were left in the elevator of my building and got swiped before I could grab them. I contacted customer service right away to report what happened and try to sort things out. Unfortunately, the response I got was far from professional - they weren't great at communicating and seemed to lack some basic customer service skills. Despite taking a while to get back to me, Saucony didn't offer to replace the shoes in a different color as a goodwill gesture. They just ended up giving me a refund, which left me feeling let down since I had scored the shoes at a discount during a Black Friday sale. This whole ordeal was a major letdown and it's definitely changed how I see the brand and their customer service.

    So, I bought a pair of running shoes from this company thinking they'd be top-notch considering how much they cost. But boy, was I let down by the quality. After just a few months, the branding on the sides of the shoes started coming off, which really bugged me. I tried contacting customer service through email multiple times, but all they said was to go back to the running shop where I got them. Talk about a lack of help. It was a huge letdown, especially compared to the awesome service I got from another brand when I had an issue with a pair of Nike shoes before. The whole experience with this company made me feel like I wasted my money on a crummy product. I really wish I had gone with a different brand. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Shoe order disaster

    I got a couple of pairs of shoes and let me tell you, it was a hot mess the whole way through. They took forever to show up - a full two weeks! And when they finally did, they weren't what I expected at all. The return process was a nightmare - it took 16 days for them to even confirm I was getting a refund, and then another 3 days for the money to actually come through. I tried to get in touch with customer service several times, but they were slow and the whole experience was terrible. And get this - I only got half my money back, still waiting on the rest. It's just plain ridiculous!
