Floral backpack
This company has totally let me down. I ordered a floral backpack back in May and it's almost July now and still no sign of my package or refund. I've emailed them multiple times and even got a promise of a refund on Instagram, but still no money back. It's so annoying to be kept in the dark, especially with all the shipping delays happening because of the pandemic. They need to step up their communication game and actually follow through on their promises. Can't believe how they're handling this.

It was pretty frustrating and made it hard for me as a beginner to really understand and move forward with my learning. In the end, I had to look for other resources just to get a basic understanding of VBA.

MBA and iPad Pro
So I made this one big order at the store for an MBA and iPad Pro, and let me tell you, it was a hot mess. A couple days later, I get a notification saying my order got cancelled out of nowhere. And to top it off, I still got charged on my credit card, like what the heck?! I was so mad and annoyed. Seems like this happens a lot to other folks too, which is just not cool. TigerDirect needs to step up their game and be more honest with their customers. I'm definitely taking this to the BBB because this shady stuff has got to stop.

Stag Party Hotel Booking
Me and my buddies booked a hotel for our Stag Party, and it was awesome! When we arrived, the Front Desk staff were really friendly and helped us out with some booking problems right away. The hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet, and we even got a great deal for signing up. The spa was fantastic, with four pools and all the good stuff. We stayed in the more casual part of the hotel, but it suited us just fine. The historic building had fancy dining and a classical music atmosphere, for those into that kind of thing. The concierge was like our own personal tour guide, arranging taxis for us to explore the city. All in all, we had a great time at this hotel. The rooms had a bit of an old-school vibe, but the staff were like our friends by the time we checked out. Huge shoutout to them for making our trip unforgettable!
