Headset return label issue
I had a really bad time trying to return my headset through the returns portal. I've done returns before with other stores and it usually goes smoothly and quick. But this time, I've been waiting almost two weeks for the return label from customer service. It's taking way too long and it's messing up my whole shopping experience. I've tried to contact support three times already and they keep saying they'll send the label within 24 hours, but I still haven't gotten it. The lack of communication and the long wait has made me really unhappy with the service I'm getting.

Order never arrived
Oh my goodness, seriously, do not even bother ordering from that website. It's like they're up to no good or something. I placed an order there like more than 3 months ago and I still haven't received anything. They won't even give me my money back! I tried returning the item but they never processed my refund. They won't even respond to my emails, it's just not right! I shelled out $200 for absolutely nothing, no product, no refund, not even an apology. And when I left a negative review, they went and deleted it! That is so not okay. It's like they're trying to cover something up. I have all the evidence to back up what I'm saying, it's just not fair at all.

Softening beard products
I found these grooming products that said they would help my rough and dry beard get all nice and soft, and I gotta say, they totally worked! After just a few days, I could tell a big difference in how soft and easy to deal with my facial hair had become. Most products seem to lose their mojo by the end of the day, but not these ones, they keep on keepin' on. The only downside is the smell, it's not my fave. Reminds me of an old beeswax candle, which can be a bit too much, especially when it's right under your nose.
