Mietis purse purchase!
I was a bit hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews, but I decided to buy the Mietis purse since it was much cheaper than on the main site. It was shipped really quickly with DHL and I had to sign for it. It arrived in the US in just a week. The packaging of the purse was really nice, but there wasn't much padding so you could hear things moving around inside. Thankfully, everything was okay when I opened it, no scratches or anything. The website is also great to look at for inspiration!
Mietis purses
So, I made a couple purchases from this online store recently, eh, and gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised both times, eh. My packages showed up pretty quick, and they even had a handwritten note in there, nice touch, eh. Being in the US, I was a bit worried about extra fees for shipping cross-border, but thankfully, there weren't any. What I really like about this online shop is finding cool new designers and brands, way better than the same old stuff you see everywhere, eh.
Summer dress purchase
I just bought a summer dress for a party in June from your online store. I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. The staff was super helpful and really paid attention to what I needed, which made the whole shopping experience really fun and easy. Long coat (winter heavy coat)
I just bought this really nice long coat from an online store. I thought it was more of a trench coat, but it ended up being a heavy winter coat. I usually wear a US size 6 in shoulder/chest measurements so I ordered a Small, which fit great except the sleeves were super long. I had to get the sleeves tailored to fit better. The shipping was quick and the packaging was really nice.
Pink sweater
So I ordered this really cute pink sweater on November 24th and was supposed to get it by December 4th. But you know what? Nothing has arrived and nobody has even bothered to let me know what's happening. I tried reaching out to customer support but they told me they'd get back to me in 24 hours - it's been forever! This has got to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Such a scam!
Handbag
I just bought a handbag from this website and it's amazing quality. The bag is so gorgeous, I get compliments all the time. The packaging was really nice and I loved the handwritten note that came with it. Overall, my experience with this purchase was top-notch and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a high-quality handbag.
Outfit purchase
I'm really happy with my latest purchase from Seezona. The outfit I got was exactly what I wanted and it fit me like a glove. The clothes are top-notch quality and you can tell they really paid attention to all the little details during production. Plus, the special touches in the packaging were a nice surprise that made the whole experience even better.
Mini skirt purchase
Yesterday, I thought I'd spoil myself and got a cute new mini skirt from this website I found. The price was amazing and they had lots of sizes available, which was great for me. I ordered it without any problems and now I'm really looking forward to getting my package.

I can't believe how unprofessional and incompetent this company is. I ordered a fancy item over two weeks ago and they said it would be here in 7 days, but it hasn't even been shipped yet. The customer service people are totally clueless and keep telling me it'll be on its way soon. When you're buying something luxurious, you expect great service and reliability - this company is a huge disappointment. I'm so frustrated with this whole situation.
Delayed delivery
I still haven't gotten my order and it's been a week since I ordered it. I even got an email asking me to rate my order before it even arrived, but there's still no tracking info. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication. I think when you order online, you should be able to expect better service and quicker delivery.
Duty cost reimbursement issue
I just can't believe that this company is trying to get away with charging us for duty fees and not giving us our money back when we return items. It's like they're just taking our money and running. I'm not standing for this nonsense and I won't be coming back to shop here.
Strapless Sequin Dress with Feathers
So, I bought this Strapless Sequin Dress with Feathers for my Engagement dinner party. Got a great deal on it, or so I thought, until the price went up the next day. I was pumped to get the dress, but then I got a tracking number and there were no updates for days. I tried emailing the company a bunch of times but got no response. My big event is just a week away, and now I'm worried if the dress will even show up on time. The lack of communication and customer service is really bumming me out.
Delayed order
I ordered something from this company months ago and I still haven't gotten it. It's been really aggravating trying to get any info from them, they never answer my messages. I'm pretty sure now that this company is shady and ripping off customers like me who just want their stuff. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company, eh.
Unresponsive customer service
I'm really disappointed with how this company has been communicating, eh. I bought something and found out I needed to return it quickly, so I emailed several times looking for return labels. But even after sending five emails over a week, I still haven't heard anything back. It's not cool or professional to ignore customers like this, and now I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legit, eh.
Order never arrived
Oh my goodness, seriously, do not even bother ordering from that website. It's like they're up to no good or something. I placed an order there like more than 3 months ago and I still haven't received anything. They won't even give me my money back! I tried returning the item but they never processed my refund. They won't even respond to my emails, it's just not right! I shelled out $200 for absolutely nothing, no product, no refund, not even an apology. And when I left a negative review, they went and deleted it! That is so not okay. It's like they're trying to cover something up. I have all the evidence to back up what I'm saying, it's just not fair at all.
Item delivered late for Christmas gift
I am so frustrated! I ordered a Christmas present way ahead of time, but it didn't show up until January 4th. It totally ruined the surprise and was a huge letdown. I was really counting on better service and dependability.
Multiple items
So, I bought some stuff online and it wasn't a great experience. I got a few things that didn't meet my expectations, so I wanted to return them. But getting the return labels was a real headache and took forever. I finally sent the stuff back, but it's been over 5 weeks and still no refund. On top of that, I had to pay extra taxes that weren't mentioned when I bought the items. Honestly, the whole customer service was awful and I'm not happy at all.
