    Rental purchase experience

    My time at the car rental place was pretty good overall. I had to wait a bit at first to talk to someone, but I think it's because their prices are really good. Once I got help, the person was fast, friendly, and got things done quickly. They even upgraded my car for free when they found out it was my 50th birthday. It was a nice surprise that made my experience even more awesome.

    Oh my goodness, the car rental spot was so quick and efficient! They didn't even push extra stuff on us, which was great. The lady working at the counter was really nice and made sure we got going fast so we could start our vacation right away.

    I was really impressed with how well the customer service team handled my online order. Even with the challenges of curbside pickup, the staff at this store were super organized and aware of COVID precautions. The Thunder Bay location is definitely a standout for how transactions should be done during these times. They were fast, really professional, and made everything so easy. I even decided to order more stuff from them instead of going to Walmart or other stores.

    I just bought some hair vitamins from this company and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the customer service. When I ordered, they gave me a tracking number that didn't even work. I tried to contact them through email and Messenger several times, but they just kept ignoring me. It's frustrating to not get any updates on my order and not know when it will arrive. I think this kind of bad customer service is totally unacceptable.

Tried to connect with the fancy Chameleon thing first, thought it was gonna be great, but it wouldn't work at all! Ended up connecting with WireWard instead using the automatic thing. It's doing the job for now, but not getting my hopes up too high, you know what I mean?

    I just used the tax preparation services and I gotta say, I wasn't happy with how it went down. The person doing my taxes, Debbie, didn't give us the right info on how we could pay the government. We agreed to do it a certain way, but Debbie went ahead and sent our banking info to the IRS without telling us. They took money from our account without asking. When I saw the transaction, I called my bank right away. It ain't right to break our trust like that and ignore what we wanted. I suggest being careful if you're thinking about using their services.

    Faulty exersaucer

    I bought an exersaucer and it was a total letdown. Initially, one piece didn't fit properly and had to be swapped out by customer service. Then another piece broke off while my 5-month-old was playing with it. The exersaucer is really low quality and not safe for kids. I'm very unhappy with this product and recommend avoiding it.

    Just got the Ooni Karu 16 multi-fuel oven and I gotta say, it's been blowing my mind! Having pizza nights where everyone can make their own pizzas and cook them up has been a huge hit. The wood-fired pizzas that come out of this bad boy are mouth-wateringly good, and getting the hang of cooking them just right has made gatherings even more fun. While it's handy to have the option to use gas, nothing beats the authentic taste of a wood-fired pizza. Can't recommend it enough, totally happy with my purchase!

    I just bought this gate that can also work as a universal remote control. Pretty cool, eh? And it comes with a motion sensor that can detect stuff from a good 25 meters away. I also got a door and window sensor for my bar area. Now, I'm using SmartBot to control my coffee machine like a boss. Everything is so easy to manage with the app, but the real game-changer is how it works so seamlessly with Google Home. These gadgets have totally taken my home automation game to the next level.

    Double power recliner purchased

    I just bought a double power recliner from this store and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. I shelled out over $3,000 and had to wait a crazy 8 months for it to arrive. Now, just 22 months later, the fabric is already looking pretty beat up. It's all pilled up and there's even a rip in one spot! The sales rep said sorry and all, but come on, a warranty for only 1 year is not cool. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.

    Delayed order due to Brexit

    Unfortunately, my order got held up big time thanks to Brexit, so it took way longer to arrive than I thought.     Recent order of two weighted blankets

    I bought two weighted blankets on November 2nd and it was a pretty big deal for me. I tried reaching out to customer service by email but got no response. Feeling frustrated, I sent another email last night. I was shocked to see when I tried to track my order, it led me to a Polish website. Not getting any updates or notifications about my order has made me feel uneasy. Communication is so important for customer trust, and this situation has made me doubt the company's credibility.     OMG, I was so excited when I discovered this amazing shop with all these awesome perfumes and diffusers. I first tried them on a fancy cruise I went on, and they were actually launching the brand there. I tested out all the perfumes and let me tell you, they were all amazing. My favorites are Wild Vanilla Orchid, Black Orchid, and Sunflower Pop - they smell incredible! I also picked up some diffusers, and the Lady Emma one is honestly the best I've ever had. It's totally worth it, I promise. The customer service was fantastic, and the delivery was super fast. Their packaging is also really impressive, seriously. 🌷

    Non-functioning kitchen knife set

    I bought a new kitchen knife set recently but it turned out to be a dud. I reached out to customer service, sent them pics and explained the problem in detail, but all I got was empty promises and no fix to the issue. It feels like they're dragging their feet on purpose to avoid dealing with it. So, I had to take things into my own hands and lodge a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.
