Replacement pizza stone
I just wanted to share my recent experience with my oven's pizza stone cracking, which I bought almost two years ago. But don't worry, it's all good now. I got in touch with the Customer Experience team and talked to Eric. He was super helpful and totally understood what was up. He quickly sorted out a replacement pizza stone for me, no charge at all. It was so nice of him to make sure I could keep using my oven without any issues. I was really impressed by Eric and the whole team - they were so efficient and friendly. They didn't mess around - the replacement stone arrived in just two days. I was back to making delicious pizzas in no time. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service I got. I'd definitely recommend this company for their amazing support and commitment to their customers.
Pizza oven purchase
The pizza oven I bought is a total game-changer in my house. The homemade pizzas that come out of it taste like they're straight from a pizzeria - crispy crust, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked toppings. The oven itself is super easy to use and heats up fast, so I can dig into my pizza in just a few minutes. The app that comes with it is amazing, full of tasty recipes and a dough calculator to make sure I nail my pizza every time. The customer service I got was top-notch, Fiona sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to step up their pizza game.
Pizza oven purchase
I recently bought a pizza oven and had to get in touch with customer service for a replacement part. Let me tell you, the after-sales service was absolutely amazing. I sent a photo and explained the issue through online support, and in just a few hours, I got a reply. The customer service rep was so friendly and helpful, they put my mind at ease and arranged for a replacement part to be sent to me at no extra cost. I got the new part within 2 days and I was really happy with how quickly and smoothly they handled my problem. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for the top-notch service I got.
Ooni pizza oven, broken hatch lid
I bought my Ooni pizza oven about a year ago and, sadly, after 6-7 months, I accidentally broke the hatch lid. I tried looking for a replacement part on their website but couldn't find it, so I decided to contact customer support for help. They were super quick to respond and sent me a new hatch lid within a couple of days, and didn't even charge me for it. The customer service was amazing, they really cared about helping me out. I would definitely give them a 5-star rating for their outstanding service. Huge thanks to the Ooni team for their incredible support.
Lost part for my pizza oven
I had lost a part for my pizza oven and reached out to customer support. They got back to me super fast, even on a holiday weekend and outside of regular work hours. The missing part was shipped to me right away. Definitely the best after-sales service I've ever had!
Awesome pizza oven!
I got this really awesome pizza oven and it was absolutely amazing! But then, a huge storm came and knocked it over, breaking the handle! I was so bummed out, but when I reached out to the customer support folks, they were incredibly kind! They didn't even charge me for a new handle, they just sent me one for free! How awesome is that, eh?!
Ooni Karu 16 multi-fuel oven
Just got the Ooni Karu 16 multi-fuel oven and I gotta say, it's been blowing my mind! Having pizza nights where everyone can make their own pizzas and cook them up has been a huge hit. The wood-fired pizzas that come out of this bad boy are mouth-wateringly good, and getting the hang of cooking them just right has made gatherings even more fun. While it's handy to have the option to use gas, nothing beats the authentic taste of a wood-fired pizza. Can't recommend it enough, totally happy with my purchase!
Small pizza stone replacement for Karu 16
I had a problem with my little pizza stone for the Karu 16, it cracked. I contacted customer service and Noah from the team helped me right away. He said they would send me a new stone, and they did, it arrived in a few days. I was really impressed by how efficient and professional the customer support team at Ooni was. It's clear that Ooni makes top-notch pizza ovens, and their customer service is just as great. I definitely suggest Ooni to anyone looking for a pizza oven.
Frya pizza oven part replacement
I just called up the customer service folks to ask about getting a new part for my Frya pizza oven that I messed up. Even though it was a Sunday, they got back to me right away and said they'd replace the part, even though it wasn't under warranty. I was really impressed with how they went above and beyond to help me out. It was obvious that they really cared about their customers and wanted to make sure everyone was happy. I was totally pleased with the whole thing.
Pizza oven is everything
I recently got my hands on a pizza oven that is hands down the best I've ever used! It's so simple to operate and the pizzas that come out of it are outstanding. Not to mention, the customer service is excellent. When I encountered an issue with one of the parts, they responded promptly and sent me a replacement right away. Big shoutout to the team for bringing the taste of Napoli right to my own home!

Ooni pizza oven
I got an Ooni pizza oven for my birthday and I was so pumped to try it out. I followed the instructions, got the oven nice and hot, and the pizzas that came out were seriously amazing. I don't think I've ever had a better pizza in my life!
Replacement baking stone request
Customer service was amazing! I contacted them on a Sunday night, and got a response by the next morning saying they'd replace my cracked baking stone for free. The online form was super easy to use and the whole process was really simple. I definitely recommend them!

Just bought a pizza oven from this company and got the wrong product. Didn't even notice the mistake until a year later because of all the construction going on. Contacted them and they fixed it right away, giving top-notch customer service and sorting out the problem quickly. Definitely thinking about buying from them again in the future.

Lost part replacement
I lost the flame keeper for my pizza oven not too long ago. I reached out to customer support and they were really great. They asked me a couple questions about my purchase and boom, a few days later I got the replacement part in the mail. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how quick and helpful they were.
