Phone case
I bought a phone case from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with how it turned out. The case started falling apart after just a few months. Even though it was supposed to protect against shocks, my phone screen got cracked from a small drop. On top of that, the case started turning yellow fast and the silver on the buttons rubbed off, making it look super cheap and badly made.

So I ordered this really cool card online, and let me tell ya, it arrived super fast! The packaging was top-notch too, so the card was in perfect shape. And when I finally opened it up, it was exactly what I was expecting based on the pictures online. Overall, the whole experience was amazing and I'm definitely going to order from them again in the future.

I was really hoping for better from a news outlet that's supposed to be top-notch. It feels like the stories are always skewed, overly dramatic, and don't really get into the nitty-gritty. Whatever happened to fair, balanced journalism, like they said we'd get?

Every time I contacted customer service, it felt like they were making fun of me and didn't care about my concerns at all. The company's overall attitude was disrespectful and dishonest, so I ended up asking for a refund. I would suggest avoiding this company and looking for other options for your filter needs. Personally, I found some aftermarket replacement filters on Amazon for a way better price and got them in just two days. The water quality seems just as good as the original brand.

I just bought a skincare serum from ULTA, eh. But, after using it for a bit, I ran into a problem - the serum wasn't coming out properly anymore. When I checked the packaging, I saw that the serum had all pooled around the top and was stuck. It was pretty obvious that I got a dud. I tried asking ULTA for some kind of compensation or a new one, but they said no. As a customer, I was super let down by their lack of help with this situation.

What a disaster shopping at Saks was! I bought a coat online and chose the 3-6 business days delivery. The package arrived 12 days later. When I asked "Customer Service" why, I just got excuses and blame. They were so unprofessional and didn't take responsibility. And don't even get me started on the useless online chat, text, and phone support. They always cut me off without helping. I've never seen such incompetence from a fancy store. My advice? Don't bother shopping at Saks. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
