I've been a loyal customer of Contact Lenses for many years, and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with what they offer. But recently, I ran into a bit of an issue while trying to order my contact lenses. They sent me an email saying I could call a certain number for help with logging in and making my order. I thought great, I'd rather do this over the phone instead of online. So, I gave them a call. Turns out, I was told I couldn't actually order over the phone, which was a real letdown. I think Contact Lenses should make it clear in their emails so they don't mislead people like me who prefer ordering over the phone for security reasons. Allowing phone orders not only helps folks like me feel more secure, but it could also bring in more customers who are worried about online scams.

I've been with this company for three years now and I've never had any problems with my orders. Ordering is easy peasy and my lenses always show up fast, sometimes even the next day with regular shipping. The packaging is good and my lenses always arrive safe and sound. I've been a customer for years and I gotta say, the service has been pretty good overall - fast delivery and ordering is a breeze. But lately, they never seem to have my brand in stock, so I have to keep changing up brands every couple of months. It's really frustrating and such a pain. And now, to make things even more annoying, the new payment system is a real hassle - gotta click on a link in an email, type in all my card info, confirm the payment in my account, and then go back to the site to finish the order. It's such a waste of time and just seems unnecessary.

I bought some contact lenses from this company not too long ago and man, was I impressed with how quickly they arrived. But hey, I ran into a little snag when they didn't have my lenses in stock.
