My order finally came!
I was really ticked off because I didn't get my stuff for like a whole week after ordering it! I kept sending them emails, but they never replied. Like, what's up with that?! But then, magically, my package arrived today and it's super nice and pretty! So I'm feeling good now. But they still gotta work on communicating with their customers better.

Two bouquets delivery mishap
The delivery service from this company is just terrible. I ordered two bouquets to be sent to the same address in Notting Hill, and they not only messed up the delivery, but they even pretended to sign for it! I am so disappointed and let down by this whole situation. I was really looking forward to using this company, especially after a good experience at their store in Belgravia, but now I have completely lost trust in their delivery service. I wanted to surprise my female colleagues for International Women's Day, and that plan was totally ruined because of their mistakes. I would recommend that everyone avoid using their delivery service, it's just not worth the risk of them messing up your order.

Return Process Issue
I had a terrible time trying to return something to this store. I shipped back a $470 item months ago with their label. I checked online and saw that they got it, but I never got my money back. I reached out to customer service for help. Last month, one person told me my refund was coming. But when I called today, a different person said they never got the item. I tried chatting with someone, but the chat got disconnected. Dealing with their customer service was super frustrating because they seemed clueless and kept giving me different answers. It looks like they can't keep track of returns or give refunds properly. Overall, their customer service is a total disaster, and I've lost trust in their ability to fix problems.

Camera and lens
I was really impressed with my time at this store, eh. I ordered a camera and lens on a Saturday night and boom, it showed up by Wednesday. The store kept me in the loop with great communication, and the shipping was free - can't beat that, eh. The camera and lens arrived in mint condition and well-packed. I had my doubts about this store at first, but now I can say without a doubt that they're the real deal, eh. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future, for sure.
