Used camera with accessories
Eh, in my experience, the protective packaging from this store is absolutely amazing, eh. It was packed so good, it could probably handle a flood no problem and not a single scratch would be on the contents. The Sony camera I bought was supposed to be in excellent plus condition, and I gotta say, it lived up to that rating for sure, eh. The camera looked like it was hardly even used, and it even came with some cool extras like a Sony case, strap, and an extra battery that I wasn't expecting at all, eh. Overall, I am so impressed with the quality of the product and how well everything was packaged up, eh.
DJI Mini4 Pro Fly More Bundle
I just got the DJI Mini4 Pro Fly More Bundle from Adorama and I gotta say, ordering it was super easy. Everything went smoothly, and I even got a free add-on with my purchase, which was a nice surprise. They sent me the shipping info right away, so I could track my order all the way to my door. It arrived within the 3-day timeframe they promised, but the delivery guy missed our place at first. No big deal though, he came back quickly and the package was dropped off safe and sound. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything went, and I'll definitely be shopping at Adorama again in the future.
Open box speakers purchase
I recently bought a set of open box speakers from Adorama, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole shebang. The speakers were supposed to have damaged packaging, but when they arrived, I couldn't really see much damage beyond the usual stuff from shipping. The speakers worked like a charm, no issues at all. But what really got me was the amazing service from the person who helped me out. They knew their stuff and were super helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted. I'd totally suggest giving Adorama a shot after this great experience.
Used lens purchase
I recently bought a used lens from Adorama and it went pretty smooth. I found the lens I wanted easily and got financing approved quickly. Ordering was simple and I got the lens in a few days. I messed up and ordered the wrong lens, but the customer service team was super helpful in sorting out the return and helping me choose the right one. Cancel order drama
I ordered something that was taking forever to arrive, so I decided to cancel it. But they wouldn't let me cancel and just kept giving me a hard time. I had to call numerous times and no one was helping. Finally, this amazing lady Nancy came through and resolved everything for me. She's the best. But seriously, Adorama needs to improve their customer service and treat people better.
