Oh my goodness, I finally received my order and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The skort, racer back top, and sports crop are incredibly soft and well-crafted, just as other customers had mentioned in their reviews. I weigh 51kg, have a 10C bust, and am 162cm tall, and I decided to go with a size small. It fits perfectly, but if you prefer a tighter fit, you might want to opt for an XS. I'm already looking forward to ordering more of the racer back sports crops because they are just that good. Plus, the colours are so beautiful, I'm in love with it all!
Shorts with 9 inch inseam
Oh my goodness, these shorts are honestly the best! I've been wearing them forever and I just love them. I'm tall, so the fact that they came out with a pair with a 9-inch inseam is a game-changer for me! They fit me perfectly and I feel so comfortable in them. The lining is a nice touch because it makes them even more comfy and versatile. I can wear them for workouts, runs, or even in the pool! I've been buying clothes from this brand for a while now, and I have to say, their quality is top-notch. Order placed on September 2nd
I ordered some stuff for my boy back in September, and now it's almost the middle of November, and I still haven't got anything. I've tried to contact them several times, but all they send me is the same tracking details I already have. It's frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was just trying to get something nice for my son who's in the Navy. And on top of that, the stuff ships all the way from China, which just makes it worse.

The clothes I ordered took so long to arrive! I was supposed to get them before Christmas, but they didn't show up until way later. They kept sending me all these nice emails saying a happiness agent would contact me, but no one ever did. Can't trust this company, eh!

I threatened to write a bad review, and only then did they say they'd look into it. It's frustrating that they seem to care more about their own convenience than making their customers happy.

I bought some new workout clothes the other day and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. They claimed to have great customer support, but it was super hard to actually talk to someone for help. When I tried calling the number they gave, all I got was a voicemail and no idea when I'd hear back. And don't even get me started on their email support - no response there either. And to top it all off, they say they have Chat support but I couldn't find any link or way to access it on their website. It was frustrating to hit all these roadblocks just trying to get some help with my purchase.

The customer service at this company is totally ridiculous. They say they're "reinventing the customer experience" but it feels like they're just too busy to give good service. When I needed help, they made me wait in a line and said they'd get back to me when they could. Like sorry, I have a life and can't just wait for them to respond. It's frustrating and honestly, not okay for a company that charges a lot for their stuff.
Awesome workout clothes
Hey, I recently picked up some awesome workout gear from this store and ran into a problem. They basically told me to sort it out with my bank or PayPal. Seriously, that's not cool at all.
Wasted money
I can't believe how bold this company is. I placed an order weeks ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. When I asked for help, they were no help at all and didn't even apologize. It's crazy how they think they can treat their customers like that. I won't be ordering from them again and I'll make sure to tell everyone about how they're ripping people off.
No online returns
I can't believe this company won't take returns from outside the country. It's just crazy to think that a company in this day and age wouldn't provide such a simple service for their customers. It's so annoying to see how little they care about international shoppers.
Expedited delivery for a birthday gift.
I just bought rush shipping for a birthday present because I needed it to get here by a certain date. But, it didn't arrive much sooner than if I had gone with regular shipping, even though I paid extra for the rush. And when I asked customer service about it, they weren't very helpful.
Sweatpants
I was pretty excited about ordering those sweatpants online, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how everything turned out. Ordering them was easy peasy, but holy smokes, those prices were way too high for my liking. And don't even get me started on how long it took for those sweatpants to show up! It felt like forever! I gotta be honest, the whole experience left me feeling a bit disappointed.
Workout tops with bra inserts
I will never buy these tops again! The inserts they came with made my boobs look so weird and lumpy. I had to email them and send in pics of the problem, then wait ages for a reply. They said they'd send new inserts, but it took forever to get here. Customer service is just terrible!
