    The company took forever to get back to me and didn't seem to be very helpful. Plus, the info about what was in stock was totally wrong, so I had to wait even longer for my stuff. And to top it off, I got hit with some unexpected shipping fees that they never mentioned. All in all, it was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them. You're better off finding another place to shop.

    Spent $800, no refund!

    Ya know, I was out there and bought some stuff worth $800, and then I had to get a refund, but it was crazy, it took them 5 whole days to even "accept" it. And then after that, I had to wait another 2 weeks and still no refund! I even emailed them a bunch and never got a response. It's just wild, man. I'm never ordering from them again!

    I gotta say, I was a bit unsure about getting winter tires from this company at first, especially after seeing some bad reviews. But man, let me tell you, my experience was awesome! Even though I had some issues placing my order online, the guy I talked to on the phone was super nice, professional, and helpful. He guided me through the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. To my surprise, my winter tires showed up at my door out in rural Canada in just five days. The whole thing went perfectly, and the prices were really good. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    I had a really bad time with Partsengine when I bought some tires recently. I ordered two sets of tires, and they said they were in stock each time. But both times, the tires never showed up when they were supposed to. I had to keep bugging them to find out what was going on, just to be told they were actually on backorder. After waiting two whole months for the first order, I gave up because of all the delays and lies. It took more than a month for me to get my money back for that cancelled order. For the second order, I cancelled right away when they delayed the shipment again. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't got my refund. This whole thing has left me feeling really unhappy, and I won't be buying from Partsengine again.

    I recently bought tires from Partsengine because of all the great reviews I saw on their site. But then I found some bad reviews on another site, and I got really anxious about my order. I had to wait a while and made a bunch of calls about my late shipment, but I finally got my tires and felt so much better. It seems like some people are happy with their purchases, but there might be some mixed opinions out there depending on the website you look at.

    Floor mats for my car

    I bought some floor mats for my car from Partsengine and boy, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! They made it seem like I was getting a great deal with huge savings, but then they took my money, made me wait a whole week, and finally dropped the bomb that the floor mats were no longer available. To make matters worse, they tried to offer me a replacement for double the price, which was totally uncool. And on top of that, they made me wait even longer for my refund! To make matters worse, they don't seem to care about their reputation with the Better Business Bureau.

    Shocks and struts purchase

    I recently got some shocks and struts from Partsengine that they said were in stock online and would ship in 2-3 days. But man, it took over a month for them to show up, and when they did, they were straight up wrecked. So I hit up Partsengine, and they were all like, "Send us pics of the messed up parts so we can start the warranty process with the supplier." But get this, they said it might take 5 business days to even process the request, and bugging them before that would just slow things down even more. Like seriously? Dealing with a late and busted order is hard enough, and then that kind of talk just makes it worse.

    Seat covers purchase

    So, I bought these seat covers and they got here pretty quickly. But, when I opened the box, they weren't like how they were described online. I tried getting in touch with customer service to send them back, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Even though they say you can return stuff within 90 days, it seems impossible to actually do that. I guess I'm just gonna have to accept the fact that I'm out $350. This is definitely the last time I'm buying from them. This whole process has been so annoying, and it feels like a waste of both time and money.

    Icon suspension parts for F150

    I recently dropped a big chunk of change on my F150, ordering $8000 worth of suspension parts from Partsengine. At first, they said my order would ship in 3-5 days, but after waiting for 14 days with no word, I finally reached out to customer service. Turns out, they told me it would take another 2 weeks to process my order. As the silence dragged on, I tried checking in once more and all they could tell me was that the parts were on the way soon. Fed up with the lack of updates and delays, I decided to take matters into my own hands and found out that the parts were actually in stock with the manufacturer. Armed with this new info, I pulled the plug on my order from Partsengine. Funny how all of a sudden they knew exactly when my parts were coming, right when I wanted to cancel.

    I recently picked up a sweet set of wheels and tires from this place, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. The price was the best I could find, and they even threw in the nuts, mounting, and balancing as part of the deal. When the package finally showed up 2 weeks later, everything was top-notch and super clean. The wheels and nuts were packed up nice and safe, no scratches or dings in sight. Clearly, these parts were fresh out of the box and in mint condition. They sent me the right wheels, tires, and hardware, so no complaints there. Just wish they kept me in the loop more about my order status, but I could have easily called them up to check. Overall, decent waiting period and a solid experience. I'd definitely be down to shop with them again.

    My experience with PartsEngine has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I like that they do drop shipping because it means I can score some good deals, but it also comes with the risk of things getting delayed or not being available. In all my orders with them, I got most of my stuff pretty fast, except for this one time where something I wanted was out of stock and I had to wait for a refund. When I ordered 5 rims and tires, I received part of the order quickly, but the rest took a while because they were low on stock. I had to bug customer service to fix things, and eventually, the tires got sent out in a hurry. One big problem I had was that they gave me tracking numbers for items that weren't even in stock.

    So yeah, I totally canceled my order right after I put it in, before they even sent it out. And can you believe it? It took a whole month before they gave me back my money! Like, seriously, that's way too long! I called them tons of times and sent a bunch of emails, but it still took forever. I have my own business and we get refunds processed in no time at all. What's the deal with that?

    Chrome rear bumper

    I got this chrome rear bumper back in April, right? It was all shiny and new, but now, just 8 months later, it's covered in rust like you wouldn't believe. And I swear, I didn't do anything to mess it up. So, I tried to send in a warranty claim with a pic of the rust, but their system just straight up rejected it. Then, I called their customer service line and was put on hold forever, only to get hung up on out of nowhere. They said they'd call me back, but let's be real, that's probably not happening. Just like their claims of having top-notch products, ya know?

    I bought a cargo mat back in August 2023 from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. My order kept getting delayed over and over again. When I couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund in early December, I never heard back from them. It's now the end of January 2024 and I still haven't gotten my money back even after reaching out multiple times. I even went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB because of their terrible communication and poor customer service. This whole thing has been so frustrating and disappointing.

    I ordered some new rims for my car from this store and they promised me they would definitely fit. After I paid, they emailed me to say they made a mistake and suggested a different set with the wrong offset. I told them that wouldn't work either, but they insisted it was no big deal. A week later, they finally admitted the new rims wouldn't fit due to the offset issue. They offered me a different set that was $100 more per rim, but I said no thanks. I asked for a refund and they said it would be processed within 10 business days. It's been over a month now and I still haven't seen my money. When I called customer service and waited on hold for 10 minutes, they told me my refund would go through that day, but it never did. This whole situation feels like a total scam and I would recommend avoiding this store altogether.

    I just bought some accessories for my truck from this company. I was pretty impressed by the variety of products available on their website. Ordering was easy and I got a quick confirmation email after placing my order. I did have a small delay with the delivery, but the customer service team was fast to help me out and give me a new delivery date. The prices were fair and I think I got a good deal. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again in the future.
